Quick Facts About Aloha Nails

Aloha Nails place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses.
One of the strengths mentioned is the professionalism and great customer service provided by the salon. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, such as Sarah, who is highly skilled at creating ombré nails and pays attention to detail. The salon also receives praise for its cleanliness and top-notch customer service.
Additionally, some customers have had positive experiences with specific nail technicians like Wendy and Heather. They mention that these technicians take their time and ensure that the customer is comfortable during the pedicure and manicure services. This demonstrates that the salon has skilled technicians who can deliver quality services.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses that have been highlighted by customers. One major concern is the inconsistency in pricing. Some customers mention that they have been overcharged, with their bills varying from one visit to another. This lack of transparency in pricing raises concerns about the salon's trustworthiness and reliability.
Another weakness is the lack of lasting results. Multiple customers complain that their gel polish or acrylic nails started chipping or lifting shortly after their visit to the salon. This indicates that the quality of the nail services may not meet the customers' expectations, leading to dissatisfaction and disappointment.
Furthermore, there are comments about the salon's poor time management. Some customers mention that the salon has irregular closing times, potentially causing inconvenience to customers who travel from across town only to find the doors locked. Additionally, one customer mentions waiting for four hours before being seated and serviced. Such long wait times can negatively affect customer satisfaction and may deter them from returning to the salon.
Lastly, there are concerns about the pricing of services. One customer mentions that they paid double for the same service they received previously, raising questions about the fairness of the salon's pricing policy. Another customer expresses dissatisfaction with the prices charged for their children's nail services, considering the subpar experience they had during their visit.
In conclusion, Aloha Nails place has certain strengths, such as professional staff, skilled technicians, and a clean environment. However, there are several weaknesses, including inconsistent pricing, lack of lasting results, poor time management, and questionable pricing strategies for children's services. These weaknesses may impact the salon's reputation and result in the loss of customers who expect reliable and high-quality nail services.

Went in for the exact same service i got 3 weeks ago and they charge me double for the same exact service only this time i used my natural nails. I’ll never come back only because they are not trust worthy. $87 to $147 no eye brow wax included. They have their days when they want to over charge. And the sad part about it i was a big tipper..just lost a hand full customers. Bad business
I’ve been going to this nail shop for 2 years now! Very professional great customer service! The nails I love the best are the ombré by Sarah!
Spent 3 hours last Saturday, only to have gel polish chipping/peeling the very next day. 3 nails lifted the 2nd day. You Cant plan to go throughout the week because they close at different times .I've experienced coming across town and the doors were locked at 5 o'clock. On today i spent 4 hours and another $65.00 on nails 7 days apart. No special occasion.just a bad nail job. Nobody apologized for the way the nails didn't last.
Tried for the first time. I got a full set and a pedicure on a Friday, the following Wednesday (not even a full week later), all nails are either lifting or completely popped off. Definitely not worth $105. Will not be returning
Wendy did my pedicure and Heather did my manicure. They are an amazing tag team. pedicures actually hurt for me but Wendy takes her time and tries to make me as comfortable as possible. Heather takes her time and make sure it's done right. Everyone in the salon does an amazing job. The place is clean and the customer service is top-notch.
Used to love this place. They were always consistent but the last three or four times service has been terrible. There's always new people working and I guess they don't know what they're doing yet. Prices are never the same, always more when I go to pay. I only get pedicures so that's what I'm reviewing.
Sarah is the best nail tech. She is professional and pays attention to detail and is meticulous about the cleanliness of her space. Once she does your nails, you will request her all the time.
Let me start with the fact that they did an okay job on my girls nails, however it took 4 hours for them to be seated and serviced. My youngest got gel nails on her hands and feet. Mind you they never soaked her feet or cleaned under her nails or anything. Just crazy and the other just got an acrylic set with a smiley face on it. The smiley face acrylics was 65.00 and my 5 year olds gel nails was 50.00. Needless to say we won't be returning back for this garbage.
