Quick Facts About At Last Tea Rooms & Speakeasy Wine Bar
At Last Tea Rooms & Speakeasy Wine Bar seems to have several strengths based on the comments provided. One of the main strengths mentioned is the lovely garden at the rear of the establishment. This offers customers a pleasant outdoor seating area where they can enjoy their food and drinks. The garden also provides a dog-friendly environment, as mentioned in one of the comments. This could attract pet owners who want to bring their furry friends along while enjoying a meal or a cup of tea.
Another strength highlighted in the comments is the great decor. One customer describes it as having a 50's Diner style, which adds to the overall atmosphere and charm of the place. The fact that the staff also dress in the era of the tea rooms is seen as a positive aspect, as it helps create an immersive experience for visitors.
The range of food offerings at At Last Tea Rooms is also considered a strength. Customers mention delicious cakes, fresh and tasty options, and a good selection of everything one could possibly need from a cup of tea to a full-blown afternoon cream tea. The variety of choices available, including breakfast options, also seems to be well-received.
The friendly staff is repeatedly praised in the comments, and their willingness to go above and beyond is also mentioned. One customer states that the staff couldn't do enough for them during their visit. This emphasis on excellent customer service is a significant strength for any establishment, as it can leave a positive and lasting impression on customers.
Lastly, the comment about offering take-away cakes highlights an additional strength of At Last Tea Rooms. Providing the option for customers to take their delicious cakes home allows them to enjoy the treats at their own leisure and potentially share them with others. This can lead to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
While the comments overwhelmingly praise At Last Tea Rooms, there are a few potential weaknesses that can be inferred. First, there is no mention of the beverage selection apart from tea. While tea is the main focus of the establishment, it would be beneficial to know if they offer a variety of other drink options to cater to different preferences.
Additionally, although customers appreciate the staff's dress in the era of the tea rooms, it could potentially limit the demographic appeal. Some individuals may not be interested in the nostalgic aspect or may be looking for a more modern and contemporary experience. This could potentially limit the customer base to those who specifically seek out a vintage aesthetic.
The comments also focus heavily on the food and cake offerings, with less emphasis given to the wine bar aspect of the establishment. While this may not be a weakness per se, it suggests that the wine bar aspect may not be as prominent or well-known as the tea rooms. This could potentially limit the reach and appeal of the wine bar section, and require further promotion to attract customers specifically interested in wine.
In conclusion, At Last Tea Rooms & Speakeasy Wine Bar has several strengths, including a lovely garden, great decor, fantastic cakes, a range of food options, friendly staff, and a 50's Diner style atmosphere. However, potential weaknesses may include a lack of information about beverage options, a limited target audience due to the vintage theme, and a potential need for more promotion of the wine bar aspect. Nonetheless, the overwhelmingly positive comments suggest that At Last Tea Rooms & Speakeasy Wine Bar is a highly recommended and enjoyable place to visit.

Been meaning to visit this place for ages and finally did over the Jubilee weekend. Did not disappoint. Lovely garden at the rear, great decor and great cake. Would highly recommend.
A delightful tea room with a nice range of food on offer and outstanding cake. There is a garden at the back where you can take your dog and they even gave him a bowl of water.
Had afternoon tea with two of my wonderful friends to celebrate a big birthday of mine.
Absolutely delish, so fresh, so tasty and lovely staff who couldn't do enough. Defo will go back again.
I went to At Last Tea Rooms for the first time last week and I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly, the items we ordered were really lovely and I really loved that the staff were dressed in the era of the tea rooms would definitely recommend.
Simply fantastic . Good selection of everything you could possibly need from a great cuppa , to a breakfast all the way up to a full blown afternoon cream tea ! Even do take away cakes so what's not to like . Very friendly staff and love the 50's Diner style décor
Only went in for a quick cuppa ended up having a teapot of tea each. They were so big we both had 7 cups of tea each fantastic. Their sausage roll was so tasty too, with a lovely portion of cheesy chips. The atmosphere was so relaxed too as we sat out in the back area. 5 out of 5 for a lovely afternoon.
Lovely atmosphere and delicious food.
Good tea time and skip breakfast, just go for the cakes! ❤
