I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area. At first they were great! However, my last few visits have been horrible.
I came after the new year and paid $100+ for my nails; only for 4 nails to break within a week. My only option was to pay a discounted $80 for a new set. I feel like accountability and empathy is strongly needed.
I’ve traveled to quite a few salons in my 16 years of living in this area. This is the very best one by far. Kathy is my tech and she’s absolutely amazing and takes pride in her work. Thanks Kathy.
Definitely a breath of tranquil air! Was hesitant to try someplace new, but we may have found our nail salon for life. Excellent service! Each person took their time and understood what we wanted. 3 pedicures and 3 full sets and they all came out amazing.
Absolutely amazing experience! I've been getting my nails done for 17 years so I can be particular about my nails. The regular pedicure was top notch and thorough! I wanted to get acrylics but they had a difficult time removing a gel polish I had bought from Walmart. Totally my fault, not theirs. They still gave me detailed time and attention to get the best manicure possible while I grow and strengthen my nails.
The atmosphere was wonderful! Great music, almost spa like, very very clean and sanitation practices like bowl cover and new autoclave set for each client was beyond amazing!
I will definitely be making this my new spot.
I would have loved to give this place a good review, but, unfortunately I cannot. So.. I called before I went and was quoted a price around 35$-45$ for stiletto nails. I went in around 1pm, didnt get done until 3:45pm. The guy next to me got 3 peoples' nails done on the time it took for this girl to do just mine. My nails are VERY uneven ; the points aren't even (even after telling her) so it lookslike they point off in different directions. And the texture is off as well. The backs of the nails have no acrylic and the plastic nail and my own nail underneath is visible. The tips are gloopy looking and the backs have areas that werent sanded down and little "hangnail " type spots on the backs Not only that but the price ended up at 55$ after they changed it again bc when i got there instead of thr quoted price it was 10$ more then again when it was time to pay the price changed again... I wanted designs on at least 2 fingers and I only got one finger which i was told was 5$ for design and them was charged 10$, the "ombre" I am supposed to have looks like a solid color ( amd not at all like the sample i picked) w/ no glitter even tho I asked for it....and i would have been fine with that except for the nails themselves look horrible. I should not have to file my nails even, especially after paying 55$ at a salon. The design isnt all that great amd at 1st she told me to goohlr something so i did but ended up going with a sample one b/c she forgotten i suppose.She also tried to say my nails were uneven because my fingers are uneven and that she is learning alot from me because i want everything to be perfect smh. I got to a point i just wanted to get up and leave. I have added somr pics just so eveyone could see just how bad they are! But my camera isnt the best and my battery is too low for flash but you can still see some of it ..VERY DISAPPOINTED ! Also I feel when the other employees heard and saw my complaints that someone more expierienced would have taken over or offered too fix it or something ! Anything!. The nail files had dust from previous nails on them also .. Overall terrible expierience
Very helpful staff, they took care of my girls nails and gave them exactly what they wanted. We’ve been coming here for a while now and happy we found a place to call OUR nailsalon
Pedicure was great but the dip fill was awful. Nails are thick, half the dip is off the nails and the black paint I had on my nails before are still all over the sides and under my nails. Nails aren't even at all.
