Been using this barbers for 3 years now and they have always been fantastic. Attentive, polite and professional.
I always get a cut throat shave as well as my hair cut and have always been very happy with the service. With hot towels, steam machine and Theragun it’s a great treat for gents wanting a relaxing, clean shave.
One of the worst services I have had! I felt like I was disturbing them and the barber I got was in a hurry! He didn’t care about who was sitting in his chair and showed it in his attitude and how rough he was with me! Going to a barber is meant to be a pleasurable experience but it wasn’t!
My neck is still sore as he pressed the foil razor so hard into my neck! I wanted to also get some nose waxing done but changed my mind as I don’t think it would be done properly! I asked for a faded Mohawk but was told my hair was too short for that!
Which is not correct at all. As being a barber in the film and tv industry myself I know it can be done on any length of hair!
No one spoke to me when I walked in But everyone else who walked in got offered a drink and was spoken to by I’m assuming the manager in a friendly manner!!!
Why I was singled out like this is a mystery to me!!
I will definitely not be going back

Awful barbers. Don’t listen to you, always speaking in another language amongst themselves and are just plain rude. Barber had to pause my cut to chase his dog about a thousand times. Maybe close the door my friend and do your job to a half decent standard at least. The barbers are not friendly at all and have falsely advertised themselves to seem like a high quality barbershop. AVOID this place.
Very poor service strategy. I had to wait in line for 40 minutes and a gentleman sat me down pretending to give me a hair cut while busy with two other customers on the other chairs.
I understand busy times require wait, but I have not been satisfied as a customer.

Was seated straight away, given an amazing massage, cut, shave and face steaming. Never had this kind of service before and for a really low price. I can’t recommend this place enough!!
THE BEST BARBER in Walton On Thames, the Staff are very Friendly , Helpful extremely Polite and very Professional. What’s a Plus for the business is that they added very smart uniform which makes it really good for the image of the Business. Family friendly as I have seen on numerous occasions a lot of parents bringing their kids of all ages to have a haircut. I noticed that everyone leaves happy after their haircut, It’s the only Barbers that I’ll go to whenever I need a haircut because they’re extremely attentive to what I want done. The customers are from all ages as they provide different haircut styles to everyone. I really like going there because they treat me with respect every time I’ve been there and it’ll always be like that because it’s in their DNA as a business, they’re very passionate towards their business and trade as I have witnessed all the progress they’ve done since they opened. Thank you again to all the friendly and professional staff and see you in 2 or 3weeks time ????
The best barber shop in the world ???? the team are super friendly. They give you that extra touch always the best haircuts I’ve had all the barbers with in that barber shop are high quality . It’s worth every penny I will be back every 2 weeks now . Respect ????
