Quick Facts About Freestyle Barber Shop
Freestyle Barber Shop Place has several strengths and weaknesses, which can be analyzed based on the provided comments.
Strengths:
1. Quick and affordable haircuts: One customer expressed satisfaction with being able to walk in, wait for only five minutes, and receive a quick and affordable haircut. This indicates that the barbershop efficiently manages its customers' time and offers reasonable pricing options.
2. Customer loyalty: A long-term customer stated that they have been going to Freestyle Barber Shop Place for 20 years, indicating a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty. This suggests that the barbershop has consistently provided a positive experience to retain customers over an extended period.
3. Skillful and attentive barbers: Two different customers mentioned their positive experiences with specific barbers, Leena and Zoya. They emphasize the barbers' skill, attention to detail, and ability to cater to individual preferences. This indicates that Freestyle Barber Shop Place employs highly capable and customer-oriented staff.
4. Good customer service: A satisfied customer praised the barbershop for having friendly staff and providing good service. This suggests that the barbershop fosters a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Weaknesses:
1. Cash-only policy: Two customers mentioned that Freestyle Barber Shop Place only accepts cash for payment. While this may not be an issue for some, it can be inconvenient for those who prefer or rely on card payments. This restriction may deter potential customers who do not typically carry cash, potentially leading to missed business opportunities.
2. Rushed and impersonal service: One customer stated that the service was not very personable, with the barbers rushing and not listening to their requests. This comment suggests that some customers may feel disregarded or dissatisfied with the level of attention provided, potentially affecting the overall customer experience.
3. Price discrepancy: A dissatisfied customer mentioned being charged $30 for their haircut before tipping. This higher price, compared to the general affordability mentioned by other customers, suggests that there may be inconsistencies in pricing, potentially leading to confusion or dissatisfaction among customers.
In conclusion, Freestyle Barber Shop Place has several strengths, including its quick and affordable haircuts, customer loyalty, skillful and attentive barbers, and good customer service. However, the barbershop also has some notable weaknesses, such as the cash-only policy, occasionally rushed and impersonal service, and potential price discrepancies. By addressing these weaknesses, the barbershop can further improve its overall customer experience and attract a wider range of customers.

Really couldn't ask for much more. I was able to walk in, wait 5 minutes, and get a quick and affordable haircut. The only thing that could make it better is if they took credit card.
I've been going to them for 20 years and there the best.
Leena is my favorite girl.
Great little nyc barbershop with friendly barbers and affordable prices. Cash only
I happened across this barber shop this Summer and its now my go-to spot for a high quality cut.
Very good place, they do not accept credit card but that is fine, these people are amazing people and they are awesome at cutting hair.
Not the most personable service. Super rushed and they don't listen to you. Ended up getting charged 30 bucks before tip. Better options out there.
Zoya has to be the most attentive Barber I ever had. She asked so many questions about my haircut preference which demonstrates a high level of skill. Most other Barbers don't know or don't care because they're training is so hardwired into them that they they treat everyone the same. Highly recommend these guys.
Very nice service, good people and my baber was very kind as I asked him to cut twice since I wasn't happy the first time. He did it without complaining. The only problem is the only take cash so it's a no no for only cards people. Just 20 dollars for a hair cut which I feel is pretty decent being in Manhattan. Overall happy with the haircut.
