Lovely place to get your nails done. It’s a family run business. I always get mine done from the owners wife they bought the business some time ago and revamped up the place too. I get the powdered nails done and they are good value for money. Weekend they have lines there so do not expect to get a walk in service that easily. They know exactly what I want and they always do it perfect.
NEVER GOING BACK.
This place is so bad, their old management used to be ***so good*** nice people and put a lot of effort into it.
Now under their new management, they are rude and their price scheme is ridiculous,
Why are they quoting me £45 for nails with a french tip design when it was £2 per nail per design and used to be so pleased.
Plus I asked for 028 and they gave me some LIGHT colour
I used to go to this nail salon when i used to be in high school. Around 6 years ago. Went there today first time after a long time. Im very pleased with this girl who did my nails i forgot to ask her name. Very polite and the nails are just what i wanted. Perfect thank you will definitely go back again ????
THIS WAS HORRIBLE I CAME INAND THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT IN A ROOM SO I DID I ASKED THEM WHEN IS IT MY TURN AND THEY SAID JUST WAIT? its been 4 hours that i waited to get my nails done and they barely spoke english and those nails were too long do a better job next time
Went for a manicure with normal polish. I had my cuticles aggressively pushed back and cut to the point that they started bleeding. The lady doing my nails didn't even apologise when it happened the first time- she just took a tissue, dabbed at the blood and CONTINUED TO PUSH BACK AND CUT THE CUTICLES!! This then happened on another nail, too!
Application of polish wasn't great, either- the colour has clumped at the cuticles and there are air bubbles on more than one nail.
Absolutely never going back here!
The person who did my nails today had no customer service. She didn’t do my nails nicely and didn’t listen when I was telling her I’m not happy. Very rude, would not recommend anyone paying for such a bad service
Do not go here. For a set of acrylic nails I got charged £30 only used to pay £22 with the old owners. on top of that the nails looked so chunky and fake once they were done. The man who is the owner there has a bad attitude I went back the next day get them fixed and he said it was my fault the nails were too chunky. Money grabbers poor skilled!!!
The worst I’ve ever had my nails done. Walked out of there with a destroyed nail bed from all the filing. The woman tried to tell me to my face she cut the fake tips off WHEN THEY WERE MY REAL NAILS.
I’m sad and upset, I was growing them since April and instead of saying sorry she tried to ignore me and disbelieve me that She cut my real nails. I walked out of there with my nails mashup, didn’t even want them to fix them. Terrible. I got all my money back. #neveragain
