Quick Facts About Lee Nails
Lee Nails Place is a nail salon that has received mixed reviews based on the comments provided. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, it is important to analyze the various aspects mentioned in the comments.
One of the strengths highlighted in the comments is the friendly and kind staff. The older woman who performed the service was thorough and kind, and all the other employees were friendly as well. Additionally, one of the staff members even loaned the customer her phone charger, demonstrating a level of customer service. This indicates that the salon values its customers and strives to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Another strength of Lee Nails Place is the competitive pricing. One customer mentioned paying $55 for a pedicure, which they found worth the money, especially compared to other salons in the area. This suggests that the salon offers services at a reasonable price point, potentially making it more accessible to a wider range of customers.
However, there are several weaknesses indicated in the comments that should be addressed. One customer expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of their nails, describing them as lumpy, peeling, and breaking off just three days after getting them done. This indicates that the salon may not consistently deliver high-quality results, which can greatly impact customer satisfaction.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of professionalism exhibited by some staff members. One customer described their experience as horrible, stating that glue was left on their hands, the polish was uneven and coming off, and the nails were not shaped as requested. Additionally, the customer claimed that the staff refused to refund their money and even threatened to call the police on their 17-year-old daughter. These incidents suggest a lack of professionalism and customer service, which can greatly undermine the reputation of the salon.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of attention to detail and rushed service. One customer claimed that their nails were not properly done, as the polish came off immediately after leaving the salon. Additionally, they felt that the staff prioritized other customers over them, even though they had arrived earlier. This suggests a lack of organization and time management within the salon.
Language barriers and poor communication skills were also mentioned as weaknesses. One customer expressed frustration with the fact that none of the staff members spoke English, making it difficult for them to communicate their desired nail design. This can create a barrier between the staff and customers, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction.
In summary, while Lee Nails Place has some positive aspects, such as friendly staff and competitive pricing, there are also significant weaknesses that should be addressed. These include inconsistent quality, lack of professionalism, rushed service, and communication issues. Improving in these areas could greatly enhance the overall customer experience and reputation of the salon.
Best TL Reviews
I randomly decided to get a pedicure while picking up an online order from Old Navy next door. I looked up reviews while trying my pedicure and started to worry. I actually had a very nice experience, the older woman who did my service was very thorough and kind. All the ladies there were very friendly to me and one let me borrow her charger for my phone. I’m pleasantly surprised and find the service on par with other salons in the area. I got the $55 pedicure and feel it was worth the money as I’ve paid more at other places for the same service. Ignore my ugly feet in the picture haha.
My nails are lumpy peeling and breaking off. I got my nails done 3 days ago and this is what they look like. The only reason I gave even one star is because zero wasn’t an option.
This place is HORRIBLE!!! I have pics to prove! I went to pay and the “lady” said $50…. I asked why is it $50 she said it’s always been $50 and I said No it wasn’t but whatever I was in a hurry and I was annoyed at the price considering she got glue all over my hands. So I srr to art looking at my nails and their all uneven, the polish is glumly, and coming off, you can see where the top was and where my nail is. It’s the worst place I’ve ever been too and mind you it’s only been about and hour and half since I left!! I wish it would let me add the pics because it’s terrible
My 17 year daughter went here to get a full set with gel. The "owner" of the shop did her nails, and they were so HORRIBLE, my daughter asked her to redo them. After the second time of them being redone, they were still disgusting, parts of her nails were missing nail polish, other parts of the same nails r so chunky with layers and bumps and glops of polish. She also asked for square nails, and the lady told her no, she does coffen better and it was still horrible!!! My daughter was so disappointed and upset, she asked the lady to take them off and refund her money ($55) and she refused. She said she wasnt going to take them off, but she would give her a $20 credit. First of all, she will never be going back to this "business ". I use that word losley, because they were very unprofessional and do horriblework!!My daughter calls me, sends me pics of her nails( I was at work). I ask to speak to the woman who did her nails, and she still refused to refund my daughters money, and threatened to call the cops on my 17 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER didn't she get out of her shop!! So now she just paid $55 and had to go to another shop and repay to get them fixed. I wish it would let me add pictures, because DAMN!!
Don't waste your money. Been less than a week and the gel nails are chipping and peeling off. The nails are chunky, uneven and terrible quality. Charged $55 for a design and shape that wasn't even done.
I am literally traumatized. I left crying. I think they forced a woman to do my pedicure, she made it clear she didn’t want to, multiple times. It was awkward, My toes aren’t ugly , or unkept. My feet were in the water while they were arguing. 1 lady started my pedi then made the older lady come over and finish it unwillingly and I literally froze, was mortified and embarrassed. I will never go back there, ever again!
I asked for a polish change when I arrived. I wanted 2 flowers on my toes exactly what I had so they could see what I wanted. I asked how much and nobody answered me. Then the lady said she couldn’t do the flowers. But then finally they showed pictures of the flowers so I said oh I guess you do do flowers. My flowers had a Little Crystsl in the middle of each toe. She told me the price would be $15. And then they tried to get away with just painting at Silver instead of putting the Crystsl on them. So then I gave her the 20 and she kept the change. And I asked her about my change and she said crystals. Like the crystals with us five dollars. That is not good business to me so I will never come here again! They are not even friendly either! And no one speaks English here either!
They rushed my nails they didn’t do a second coat and soon as I left the paint came off and she put people before me even though I was there before them!
