BAD customer service, I have been a client of this salon for nearly 15 years and I will make sure I do everything I can to shed some light on the horrible customer service that exists here. The female stylist on the right hand corner as you enter denies service as she claims to be "too busy" to help you. She complains as she works and the rest of the stylists allow this to happen. What sort of business will tell you they are too busy to work? That's not good business practice and even though they are the cheapest haircut around, I'd rather pay double if not triple to get a haircut elsewhere to avoid Mariela's Beauty Salon in Glendale.
Bad place to have a haircut. While waiting for your turn, somebody will show up, and that person will magically be ahead of you. Not very professional.
Very bad place. They damaged my hair with a very bad quality of hair color, they didn’t even wash my hair properly I had to wash it again at home. I paid 100$ for a very terrible experience. I will never come back and I don’t recommend anyone to visit this place.
Asked for a lair cut..gave me a weird tyle cut..All my hair volume is gone. Also haircut shape is abrupt.
Exelente lugar para cortes de cabello para hombres como para niños el personal muy amable pero sobretodo la señora Adriana Exelente estilista desde que lleve a mis niños por primera vez con ella me encato el corte de cabello que les hizo a mis 4 hijos y ahora siempre que nesecitan un corte de cabello los llevo con ella , pero todas las personas que trabajan ai son Exelentes estilistas .
It was a terrible experience, the staff were ok but the service was awful and the place was very dirty! Never go to this place for anything related to hair.
That moment when you show a picture of what you want, and the outcome is nothing like what you asked for.... My hair was pretty short but fluffy on the top, and I asked to mostly just cut the sides because it was uneven. The lady asked if cutting a little off the top was okay, and I said sure... Yet, I waked out with all of my bangs and fluff gone. My forehead is so cold these days... The cut was cheap at least, so that's good I guess. If you're a guy, I wouldn't go unless you want a very basic haircut. (I don't know who it was that cut my hair)
Been going here past 20 years seeing Andrea. She takes time and it only cost $12. Lately, I just gave her $20 and told her to keep the change.
