Quick Facts About Sahad Sweet Centre & Kebab House
Sahad Sweet Centre & Kebab House has received mixed reviews from customers, with both positive and negative feedback. In order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the place, we will analyze the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring positive aspect mentioned by multiple reviewers is the quality of the food. The food is generally described as nice, fantastic, and good quality, particularly when it comes to samosas, curry, and sweets. Customers have enjoyed these items and found them to be flavorful and enjoyable. The fact that the samosas were described as going down a treat suggests that they are one of the standout items on the menu. Additionally, the value for money is highlighted, with customers stating that the food is fresh and of good quality, suggesting that the prices are reasonable for the quality received.
Another strength mentioned is the friendliness of the staff. Multiple reviewers have noted that the staff are friendly, which contributes positively to the overall experience. Friendliness can create a welcoming atmosphere and make customers feel comfortable, potentially encouraging them to return to the restaurant for future visits.
Furthermore, it is mentioned that Sahad Sweet Centre & Kebab House offers a good supply of sweets. This suggests that they have a diverse selection of sweets available for customers to choose from, which can be a unique selling point compared to other similar establishments.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one major complaint is the inconsistency in the quality of the food. While some reviewers have praised the food, others have had negative experiences. One customer expresses disgust with the chappatis, suggesting that the quality of these items was subpar. Additionally, there are complaints about dry kebabs, half-cooked seekh kebabs, and swimming-in-oil curry. These inconsistencies in food quality suggest that there may be issues with the kitchen and cooking processes, resulting in variability in the taste and texture of certain dishes.
Another weakness highlighted is the language barrier with some staff members. Reviewers mention that the staff need basic training in customer service and that it would be helpful if they could communicate in English. One customer even had to ask another customer to interpret due to communication difficulties. This lack of communication can be frustrating for customers and may result in a negative experience.
It is also worth noting that there are allegations of insurance fraud mentioned in one comment. While this may not be directly related to the strengths and weaknesses of Sahad Sweet Centre & Kebab House's food and service, it does raise concerns about the business's integrity and reputation.
In summary, Sahad Sweet Centre & Kebab House has strengths in terms of the quality of certain food items, the friendliness of the staff, and the availability of a wide range of sweets. However, there are weaknesses in the form of inconsistent food quality, language barriers, and allegations of insurance fraud. These weaknesses suggest areas for improvement, particularly in terms of kitchen processes, staff training, and ensuring integrity and transparency in the business operations.

Absolutely disgusted with this place . Look at the chappatis they gave and did not give a dam about it . Charged me 1 for 50p. These guys committed insurance fraud before when they burnt down the shop and then reopened it.
Very nice food apart from the kebabs they were quite dry, not as good as they used to be since they changed owners, staff are friendly
If you want food poisoning or half cooked seekh kebabs then go ahead
Fantastic! If all the other "takeaway's" were this good we would really be spoilt for choice. We ordered 40 Samosa's off these guys and they went down a treat. we have been going since for kebabs, samosas and curry and they're sublime. would highly recommend. wish i could buy a hand full of their sweets rather than a kg but its their rule so thats fine. so yeah AWESOME!!!!
THE WORST 2 CURRY'S (in 20 years).
Both of them were swimming in oil and it wasn't anything to do with the the flavours we chose they both looked like it was chicken chunks in liquid and we attempted to eat them in a bowl with a spoon (because a fork was impossible) and then gave up. It wasn't edible. Save your money and use a supermarket which will do a ready meal 10 times better such as asda, tesco, adli, waitrose, morrisons. Anywhere but this place.
For Curry s, burgers and mithai, is an isolated gem of a place. Order beforehand although sometimes there is an additional wait. But the quality of the food is very good. Surprising that it also has a good supply of sweet available.
Food is value for money , fresh and good quality.
Now for the negatives....
The staff need basic training in customer service. Speaking in English would be a help !
I ordered a large quantity of food on one occasion that I had to ask a fellow customer to interpret. Enjoyed the food but the staff are a big let down
