Disappointing, NOT DOG FRIENDLY!! Have always taken my dog to Starbucks! Plus the rude way this was dealt with, shouting at me from behind the counter, what’s wrong with a quiet approach and explanation! Didn’t even stay for coffee! I will stick to Nero in future!
I come here a couple of times a month (to work somewhere other than my house) and I’m really glad it opened within walking distance for this reason. I started coming here just after lockdown and it’s always been a good place to come as it’s airy and clean.
I’ve never had any problems with any aspect. It’s always tidy and clean, and I feel safe. Everyone is polite and friendly. Sometimes it’s a bit slow but that’s always because there’s people at the drive thru, and they’re always apologetic about it.
I usually come on the same day, and the server remembers my order now. They have also always been open to discussion about the car park access and have even listened to and implemented something I’ve mentioned.
We visited this morning for two coffees and some Autumn Blend coffee beans.
The oat latte and the cappacinno were spot on.
We would like to thank the staff, who extremely polite and thoroughly professional. Thank you.
Could do with being a bit warmer, otherwise good Starbucks service and standard.
Nice coffee but not the best customer experience. The two female staff were sniggering at us whilst we were placing our order which made us feel very unwelcome. I would rather have my coffee somewhere we are made to feel more comfortable.

Absolutely terrible go here very regularly and get the Java chip, usually very nice the day before was the best I’d had went today and was like drinking pure chocolate sauce , awful couldn’t drink more than 2 mouthfuls , was served by a guy in which the last time I had a bad experience it was him who made the drink
