I bought a £10 voucher for a stocking filler , my daughter went to use it no money on it . Made worse by the employee who didn't speak much English and didn't seem to care . Abysmal customer service from such a big brand . So £10 down and not one person has contacted us from the customer service team . Starbucks is done , when ever you employ people who don't care or even try and be empathic the the business will no longer have customers .
Not bad coffee unfortunately we had to sit outside in the cold because we had our well behave Frenchy with us costa have the same problem but we didn't have to have a coffee alot of the shops there are pet friendly well worth the trip
Coffee lovely but long ques and when we did get a seat it was cold sat inside and the tables weren’t cleaned.
