Quick Facts About Two Saints Retail Park

Two Saints Retail Park in Ormskirk has both strengths and weaknesses.
One of the strengths of the retail park is the variety of shops available. It includes a McDonald's, Aldi, Argos, Poundland, B&M, and a frozen food place. This range of stores offers customers a variety of options for different needs, whether it be groceries, household items, or fast food. The presence of these well-known brands also suggests a level of reliability and familiarity.
Another strength is the convenience of the location. The retail park has a car park right in front of the shops, making it easily accessible for customers. The availability of free parking for the first hour is also a positive aspect, as it encourages customers to visit and stay longer. Additionally, the retail park is located opposite a Morrisons and Coronation Park, adding further convenience for visitors who may need to pick up groceries or enjoy outdoor activities.
One comment specifically mentions that Poundland has extremely good customer service, which is a strength in itself. Good customer service can enhance the overall shopping experience and build customer loyalty. This can contribute to the positive reputation of the retail park and encourage customers to return.
However, there are also weaknesses associated with Two Saints Retail Park. One comment highlights that there is not much in the way of retail options besides the mentioned stores. This limited selection may be a disadvantage for customers looking for a wider variety of shops. Additionally, the comment suggests that the retail park may not offer much more than a car park. This perception might deter some customers who are looking for a more substantial shopping experience.
Parking seems to be a mixed bag at Two Saints Retail Park. While one comment praises the cheap parking and accessibility, another comment mentions that there have been issues with parking meters malfunctioning and customers being fined if they stay longer than an hour. This inconsistency and potential for fines may create frustration for customers, leading them to reconsider their visits or seek alternative parking options. Another comment highlights the difficulty of finding car park spaces during peak times, which can be inconvenient for customers looking to visit the retail park.
In summary, Two Saints Retail Park in Ormskirk has strengths such as a variety of shops, convenient location, and positive customer service experiences. However, it also has weaknesses including a limited selection of retail options, potential parking issues, and a perception that it primarily offers a car park rather than a comprehensive shopping experience. These strengths and weaknesses should be considered by both prospective customers and the management of the retail park.

Best TL Reviews

Two Saints has several shops and a mcdonald's. Aldi is always busy 9a good thing),and Poundland has extremely good customer service people there. There is a car park right in front of the shops. Very convenient.
There's not much in the way of retail here - McDonald's, Argos, Aldi, a pound shop of some sort and a charity shop. Ormskirk mobility shop is here too. Pros: cheap parking (first hour free), accessible. Cons: it's not much more than a car park. For those with limited mobility who don't rely on wheelchairs or scooters, the stairs up to Church Street are steep - Derby Street car park may be a better option for accessing the rest of Ormskirk town centre.
Free parking here for a hour, but if you go over you will get a fine through the post. It is monitored by a camera going in and out the car park. You can pay for longer in this car park but works out costly as it is a private car park and not a council run one.
60 quid ticket for shopping hete for 12 mins over the 1 hour. Will be reducing my aldi visits accordingly
A few shops here like B&M, frozen food place and Macdonalds. Parking good.
This retail park is always busy and carpark spaces at peak times are hard to come by. There's Aldi, Argos, McDonald's, Poundland and Barnardo's all on car park level so very accessible for all. On the edge of Ormskirk, opposite a Morrisons and the lovely Coronation park.
Parking meters were malfunctioning again so you can't pay but the number recognision cameras still note you coming and going so if you stay more than an hour then you get fined
It was alright, lots of good shops around it, especially if you go up the stairs, has a park and Morrisons over the road, not that big of a car park, but is never really too full!
