I was their customer for several years in past. I visited again after one year or so as I have moved from Lake Hiawatha. This place is not same as before. Horrible staff. I had horrible haircut. So disappointing. The barber did not know at all how to cut hair. He was on phone all the time. Not paying any attention as if he was doing it for free. Horrible experience. Not recommend.

There is no better barber in the State of NJ. Do not waste your time. Go straight to Sal. I've been cutting my hair with Sal for years now and he is hands down the best and the most professional barber. We are lucky to have him in NJ. Thanks Sal for everything - Moe.

Made an appointment via google, even got a confirmation email. We were not greeted and they didn’t even mention a word to us. Waited for almost 30 minutes and they take some guy that walked in after us claiming he had an appointment. Very poor customer service and obviously don’t value and are inconsiderate of your time. Ended up walking down the street to Parsippany Cutz. With no appointment, we were greeted and accommodated. Never will use again and please don’t respond that you want 100 percent customer satisfaction because obviously you don’t.

This is the best barbershop I have ever visited. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Sal is my favorite barber in the shop. He has over 30+ years of experience cutting hair and really KNOWS what he's doing. He has never rushed me and always takes his time to make sure each customer gets the best haircut possible. I would highly recommend Upper Cutz to anyone looking for a new barber.

Gave this new place a try since I live right across the street. I gotta tell you this is my regular go to place. Victor gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. Recommend it. I'll definitely be back the next time I need a cut. Good luck guys. Well done

Man if you need a propercut this place is the way to go . Consistent with the haircuts . Never had a bad haircut from this place they examine you and tell you what’s the right hairstyle is for you . David is amazing and so are the other employees . I highly recommend for. Consistent and professional haircuts .

Came in at 845am both barbers are sipping coffee saying how they are busy.

This place is definitely not the same, customer service is gone.

This place is great. A welcoming environment, friendly barbers, very clean, quality haircuts, and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Always appreciate the included neck shave and hot towel as well.
