Overall, the strengths of Welland Park place lie in its well-maintained park, child play area, beautiful flower displays, amenities such as the cafe and tennis court, dog-friendly environment, and friendly atmosphere. However, there are weaknesses to consider, such as limited parking, unreliable toilet availability, the condition of the dog walk, and the state of the bowling green.

Saw this as were drive past whilst staying in MH. It has a great enclosed dog run, everyone is so friendly and chatty. We then carried on around walking by the small river, dogs swimming in it. Nice little cafe. All in all, a park for everyone. This is a little gem ????????
Kids love it here. Great to spend a few hours having a coffee/ice cream from the café in the summer. Dog loves the stream and the kids love the playground and paddling. Parking can be an issue at busier times and the toilets aren't reliably open, but other than that, it's great!
Dog walk is getting a bit mucky underfoot but otherwise ok, well secured from nearby busy road, parking free, cafe on site, children's play area, newly refurbished toilets, which I used and are very nice.
