Quick Facts About Amigo Styles

Amigo Styles Place has several strengths that are mentioned in the comments. Firstly, the barbers are described as very nice and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. They also speak both Spanish and a little English, making it accessible for a diverse range of clients. This shows that they are accommodating and willing to cater to different language preferences.
The comments also highlight the fun songs played at the barbershop. This adds to the overall experience and creates a lively and enjoyable ambiance for customers. The presence of fun music can help create a positive and upbeat atmosphere for clients, making their time at the barbershop more enjoyable.
One of the strengths mentioned is the reasonable price of the haircuts. This can be seen as a positive aspect, especially for customers who are looking for affordable options. It shows that Amigo Styles Place values providing quality services at an affordable rate, making it accessible to a wider range of individuals. Affordable pricing can also attract more customers and contribute to the overall success of the business.
It is worth noting that one comment specifically recommends Amigo Styles Place. This suggests that the services provided are satisfactory and worthy of endorsement. Recommendation is an important indicator of customer satisfaction and can attract potential customers to try out the services offered at the barbershop.
Now, moving on to the weaknesses and criticisms mentioned in the comments. One customer expresses disappointment with the haircut they received at Amigo Styles Place. They mention that other barbers in different cities were able to cater to their specific hair type and preferences, while the barber at Amigo Styles Place did not meet their expectations. This suggests that the barbers at Amigo Styles Place may lack expertise or experience in styling certain types of hair.
Another weakness mentioned is the difficulty in communication. Some customers state that the barbers primarily speak Spanish and have limited English proficiency. This can be a drawback for customers who do not speak Spanish, as it may lead to miscommunication or misunderstandings about their desired haircut. Effective communication is crucial in ensuring that customers' needs and preferences are accurately understood and met.
Price is also a recurring concern in the comments. Some customers feel that the prices at Amigo Styles Place are overpriced or too expensive for the services provided. This indicates that the pricing may be a deterrent for potential customers, especially if they can find similar services at a lower cost elsewhere.
Additionally, one comment mentions that the barbershop is disorganized and chaotic, with no scheduling system in place and long wait times. This can be frustrating for customers who value efficiency and convenience. Having a clear scheduling system and managing wait times effectively can greatly improve the customer experience and ensure that customers feel valued and respected.
In conclusion, Amigo Styles Place has strengths such as friendly barbers, a fun atmosphere, reasonable prices, and recommendations from satisfied customers. However, there are weaknesses mentioned including difficulty in communication, high prices compared to the quality of service, and disorganization in scheduling and wait times. These weaknesses should be addressed to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction at Amigo Styles Place.

Very nice barber, fun songs, they speak Spanish and a little English, their behavior is very elegant, the price is reasonable and I recommend it
Genuinely disappointed in this place. Actually being from Hispanic descent, I was getting my haircuts from this barber named Andy out in St Louis. He’s the one that recommended this place out here in Columbia because one of his coworkers was the one, according to Andy, that opened up this shop here. Anyways Andy would always do a good job on my hair. Most importantly he always cut my hair exactly how I told him to cut it even if some days It didn’t seem like he was doing much to my hair at all. Which leads me to the crux of my gripe
I got my haircut a few days back here at amigos didn’t know who the owner was so I was picked by the first guy that had an empty chair. The single most important thing on my head and hair is that I have that thick coarse Mexican hair with a couple of cowlicks throughout and a misshaped head. In California and with Andy, the barbers would just line the clipper mid side then lightly fade clipper over comb. That’s what’s worked for me for 30 plus years. It’s unfair I rate this joint 2 stars but a). The barber here did the same thing every Columbia barber does and that’s fade up with different guards until you start going too high. Furthermore the guy did clipper over comb but after he had pushed up my fade point way too high. Something that almost every white and black barber I’ve been to here in Columbia is famous for doing
So if you’re Hispanic (or Filipino) in this area and you struggle with your cut. Try KC or St Louis before you come here. Otherwise If you’re happy with the way folks cut hair out here then this isn’t a bad shop it seems. Everyone friendly enough. Just be prepared to pay 40 bucks with cut and a decent tip.
Speak little english but the haircut is fantastic after. $25/cut and not a bad wait time. Guys there are good people and very talented. Well worth the business. Hair is in good care. Line ups are great.
It’s a very bad place and it’s so expensive. It’s hard to communicate as all are Spanish speakers only. They charge 35 dollars and got the worst haircut ever. Not sure if it’s even the real price. Don’t recommend at all.
Overpriced; they charge at least $35 for a simple haircut, does not communicate well with customers. I do not recommend anyone to there!
Muy rico y gran atención al cliente
Buen precio , buen servicio, servicio profesional.
Amazing place for an undercut, well priced. Chaotic and disorganized since no one schedules appointments, the phone listed doesn't work, and no bathroom for the long waits experienced.
