Quick Facts About Asian Nails
Asian Nails has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The strengths of the salon include friendly service, natural-looking nails, and a welcoming atmosphere. The weaknesses include difficulties in executing certain nail services, poor durability of gel nails, inconsistent quality of service, and unsanitary practices.
Starting with the strengths, multiple comments mention that the staff at Asian Nails is friendly and accommodating. One customer describes the salon as the friendliest they have ever been to. This indicates that the salon values customer service and creates a positive environment for clients. Another comment mentions that the nail technicians are skilled in creating natural-looking nails. This suggests that they have the ability to tailor their work to the preferences of their clients.
Moving on to the weaknesses, there are several comments that highlight difficulties in executing certain nail services. One customer mentions that their technician attempted their gel French manicure multiple times but was unable to achieve the desired result. Another customer mentions that the polish on their nails started to peel off within four days of getting a gel manicure. These comments suggest that the technicians at Asian Nails may not be consistently skilled in certain techniques or may not have the necessary training.
In addition, one comment mentions that a customer had a negative experience with their nail technician. They describe receiving a rough pedicure and having their cuticles not properly taken care of. These instances suggest that there may be inconsistencies in the quality of service at Asian Nails.
There are also comments that highlight unsanitary practices at the salon. One customer mentions witnessing a technician not washing their hands after blowing their nose and immediately servicing another customer. Another customer mentions seeing items used for pedicures being resealed and reused. These practices are unsanitary and can potentially put clients at risk of infections or other health issues. This is a significant weakness that should be addressed by the salon.
In conclusion, Asian Nails has strengths in terms of friendly service and the ability to create natural-looking nails. However, there are several weaknesses that need to be addressed. These include difficulties in executing certain nail services, poor durability of gel nails, inconsistent quality of service, and unsanitary practices. To improve its reputation and customer satisfaction, Asian Nails should focus on addressing these weaknesses and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.

So disgusted with this place. Went in for a simple gel French manicure and the technician couldn’t execute. After attempting 6 times I kindly asked if she wanted to have someone else do it. She told me it was impossible to do because it was on my real nails. Never in my life have I heard such a thing. After they told me they were too busy to pass me off to someone else they told me I had to pay for them doing my cuticles and applying a clear coat of gel. After I told them it was unacceptable they told me I need to remove the clear gel they applied. The tech literally spent 30 min soaking off what she started. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Never again! Attached picture of what she left my nails looking like.
I'm going to tentatively give them 2 stars pending their response to my issues later today. Went there 4 days ago with my mom who goes there all the time. We were seated quickly- myself getting a pedicure & a gel mani, my mom got a fill in & gel color on both nails & toes. The woman who did my nails was very nice & the pedicure was wonderful. I've never gotten gel nails done & my nail tech & my mom's nail tech told me its so long lasting & wonderful. Got them done white with silver tips & they looked nice. Between my mother & I plus our tips we spent about $190.00. Once I got home, I noticed some thin spots & a few places that were done on the sides of my nails, not a crisis. Today is Saturday & the polish on both my pointer fingers has completely lifted off & its lifting/peeling on every other one of my nails. I have not done dishes or anything abrasive its literally peeling off without even feeling like its stuck to my nail. I'm disappointed because it didn't even last a full 4 days. I will be going back tonight to see if they will fix them. I will update my review based on their response. Overall, salon was very nice otherwise & everyone was very kind.
I love all my people at Asian Nails. Been a client since day 1. They are probably the friendliest salon I've ever been to.
The best of the best. I saw tee several times. I will not go anywhere else
I've been going here for a few years now on and off. I never had a bad experience here. The Nail Tech's are all friendly and do nice work. I can't stand when nails are wide and fake looking. They don't do that here. They really make them look natural unless you ask for something unusual lol.
My daughter & I went for our 11am appointment & arrived at 10:55am. I had a basic manicure & pedicure & my daughter had a acrylic gel full set done & a basic pedicure. The lady doing my nails was absolutely awful. She did not take care of my cuticles at all & was extremely rough with the pedicure. She cut my toenails completely crooked & the polish on my nails & toes have bubbles in them. Now my daughter sat for her fill set the lady applied the nails then sent her for her pedicure where they started the water had her put her feet in & left her sitting there in the chair with her feet in the water for 20 minutes with NO ONE doing her pedicure. They finally started her pedicure and again the lady was rough & they polish was extremely sloppy & applied with zero care. She then goes back to the girl doing her set whi starts her nails then sends her to another technician because she overbooked herself & had people waiting. So now my daughter has now been with a total of 3 nail techs to only have her nails lifting the very next day. I spent $115 for us both plus tip & we were there for over 2 hours. I will never recommend nor go to that establishment ever again
Mimi does my nails. I work with her and whatever I choose she hooks me up every time. ????????????
Save your money!! If you plan on using your debit card you will be charged an additional 4% fee! After many years of getting gel fill in I needed to find a new place. So I figured I try one I used in the past. They don’t clean the stations after a customer leaves it. The lady kept asking me are you sure you want a gel fill because people say it makes there nail beds burn. I knew what I wanted obviously she didn’t want to do them. She was unhappy doing my nails. I witnessed one of the guys blowing his nose and go right back to Servicing someone without even washing their hands! Then I watch them repackage the items that they used on peoples feet for the pedicures and reseal them. This place is dirty and it is not worth anybody going there to spend their money .
