I’ve been a loyal customer to this place for some time now,I normally go to italee as she’s great customer service and she normally don’t rush you out of her chair . Today I went in and found out she’s no longer working there and that was sad so now I’m in search for new nail shop and a tech that’s great. I did do my nails when I went in today with another nail tech the’ tall one not Tyler’ and not only did he scratch me filing my nails but he’s very aggressive. My nails come out to be $74 and that I know cause I see it on credit card bill I now give him $50 to change he didn’t give me all my money back he just went a head and tip himself $10 without me actually giving it to him I didn’t like that .Nice doing business here but I’ll be going to Nails place right up the street from now on . First time at this location. I choose it because the reviews and pictures. They were okay. I wasn’t asked the type of pedicure. Just given the basic one. One guy added base shaped my nails and another guy completed them. I only gave 3 stars because the work on the clean up of the cuticles was good. But the tech doing the powder and design was rude and ready to be done. I think he got frustrated with my design request color issues. They weren’t even busy when I went so… idk why he was in a rush or rude. I said thank you and he didn’t acknowledge me. Not sure but I don’t like paying money to be treated that way with error on my nails.
This was my 1st time going there and I had an amazing experience. They a lot of different type of pedicure options….which I love. I ended up getting the jelly pedicure and it felt incredible. The whole experience there was really nice. I didn’t catch the lady name who did my pedi. She was an older lady and she was great. I will definitely be back! ❤️
I love this place; they do a really good job, and the nails stay pretty and sturdy. My only point of criticism is that they don't have the greatest selection of colors, especially in their powder acrylic. If you have an idea of a nail color that you desire, and you like to get powder acrylic, I probably would not go here first. It's a place I frequent if I am open-minded and have no idea what I'm going to do.
Buyer beware! Had to come back less than 1 week after getting dip manicure, overlay, done. An awful job was done by a technician. I explained this on arrival to the owner. The entire manicure had to be redone. I showed the new technician the poor job done. He paid it no mind and redid everything as he was supposed to. The owner wanted to charge full price for a redo done poorly in the first place instead of half the price. I was a consistent customer at this business but that did not matter. The old lady that found the situation funny needs to go back wherever she came from. Messing with people's money is no laughing matter.
I used to come here years ago before they remodeled the inside. I stopped coming because they had a roach problem and kept the bathroom filthy. Now with the place remodeled their business acumen, customer service and plain human decency leaves a lot to be desired. Think twice about coming here!
My first time here, the place was clean and very welcoming my person name is V. Very professional I had a pedicure a manicure and a massage. Will be coming back in two weeks. I will be recommending this nail spa to my friends and family.
I was very satisfied with the guy Tyler because i was in and out and he did a great job on my nails as usual and i missed him while he was on vacation and i am so glad he’s back .Thanks Tyler
Jon did an amazing job on my nails the first time . I don’t know if he was having a bad day but the second time was horrible!!!!!! I will never go back ! If you can’t do a style just a say that! I immediately left and went somewhere else ! I will not be going back .
