I went in and wanted OPI funny bunny (which on OPIs website it said funny bunny was at this salon, that’s why I came here) the lady said we don’t carry OPI, I look up and behind her there was many bottles of OPI nail polish. I don’t appreciate being lied to. 0/10 recommend. Never again.
We have been going for months. Every 2 weeks we tip very well and always enjoyed Jim and the ladies that work with him. Now it appears they have changed ownership. Jim’s brother is now running the salon and they have doubled their prices without notice. We were very shocked when we got the receipt. We will not be going back and will find another place to do our nails and pedicures.
I wish we knew where the girls went. We would follow them. There are all new employees there as well.
5 STARS to SAM!!! He always does a wonderful beautiful job. I’m new to Florida and have been in many nail salons and when Sam did mine for the first time months ago he has been the only one I will go to!!!
AMAZING service and the massage chairs hit every spot!! Yara and Maria were absolutely fabulous; they had terrific teamwork!! Yara’s pedicure was top notch and sooo relaxing!!! I can’t even explain the magic Maria worked on my eyebrows, I felt like a new woman leaving the spa!! I can’t wait to return and I hope my review brings these ladies some love!! I loved this establishment ! The staff was very kind. Ashley did my pedicure and was absolutely amazing! Great conversation and very relaxing. I love the fact she took her time. I have problems with a few of my toes and she fixed them lol. Jim did my nails and gave me exactly what I asked for if not better. Was very nice as well and my designs are immaculate. I will most definitely be going back and telling others about my experience. ❤
