This positive feedback indicates that the employees are skilled at providing excellent customer service.
Another strength mentioned by customers is the delicious taste of the fish and chips. Several comments highlight the flavor and enjoyable eating experience. This positive feedback indicates that the food at Angie's Plaice is of high quality and satisfies customers' taste buds. It is important for a fish and chip shop to deliver tasty food as that is its primary offering.
Additionally, a variety of food options, such as pies, burgers, kebabs, and drinks, is offered. This diverse menu caters to different preferences and increases the likelihood of attracting a wide range of customers. Having a variety of options helps Angie's Plaice appeal to a broader demographic and ensures that there is something for everyone.

Repeat customers are essential for any business to thrive, and Angie's Plaice seems to have achieved this.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one customer complained about receiving burned fishcakes and low-quality food. This feedback suggests that there might be inconsistency in the preparation and quality control of the food. Consistency is crucial for any food establishment, and Angie's Plaice might need to address this issue to avoid negative customer experiences.
Another customer complained about the cold and dry chips and the poor quality of peas. These comments highlight a lack of attention to the freshness and quality of side dishes. However, there are also weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as inconsistent food quality, poor side dishes, negative interactions with the owner, and insufficient portion sizes. By addressing these weaknesses and focusing on their strengths, Angie's Plaice can further improve its reputation and success in the chip shop industry.

First time buying from here and I will definitely buy from here again.
Very friendly welcoming staff.
I bought 1 x fish & chips, and an extra fish to share with my granddaughter. It was really tasty.
As well as delicious fish and chips Angies Plaice offers a variety of other foods including pies, burgers, kebabs, and drinks.
Will definitely be back again for more.
Cost me £8.00 for two fishcakes (burnt) and a meat and potato pie. Rest of the food was disgusting. The chips were cold and dry, been sat there for ever, pea's more like cold pea soup. Rang shop to speak to shop, owner said he had been busy so didnt know why there was a problem. When I was there he served us with two portions of chips . He then put approx two serving of chipped potatoes into fryer???? Dos'nt sound like he's busy to me. WHEN SPOKE TO OWNER HE BECAME ARSY ON THE PHONE.
