Weaknesses:
1. Cramped layout: One customer mentioned that the interior of the café felt cramped. This may lead to an uncomfortable dining experience, especially during peak hours when the café is busy. Improving the layout to maximize space utilization could mitigate this concern.
2. Use of single-use cups and plates: Some customers expressed disappointment about the café's use of single-use cups and plates, even though they were compostable. This could deter environmentally conscious customers and contribute to waste generation. Switching to reusable or biodegradable alternatives could address this issue.
3. Slow service during busy times: One customer reported a long waiting time for their order, specifically for two breakfast butties. This highlights a potential weakness in the café's ability to efficiently handle a larger customer influx. Improving staffing and operational processes during busy periods could help alleviate this problem.
4. Limited selection of sauces: A customer expressed dissatisfaction with the café's lack of sauce options for their breakfast buttie. Offering a wider variety of sauces or condiments could enhance the dining experience and cater to different customer preferences.
5. Quality inconsistency: There was a negative comment about the hash browns tasting like pure oil or grease and the undercooked appearance of the sausage. Ensuring consistency in the quality and cooking process of all menu items is important to maintain customer satisfaction and prevent negative experiences. Regular quality control checks and training of kitchen staff could help address this issue.

Me and my mate Kev managed to get our boss in Wolves to send us back to Warrington! A couple of weeks ago me and my mate Kev were visiting the NCA in birchwood and went for breakfast at the big planet. Was an extraordinary meal and me and my maee the Kev were so impressed by this small establishment. But I was informed by the manager at birchwood Jamie that they have another outlet in central Warrington. So me and my mate Kev got a taxi from birchwood to cockhedge shopping centre and exuded to try out the Little Planet. However we must of hit the pot of gold as it was annual fish and chip day and for one day only fish and chips were on the menu at the little planet. Me and my mate Kev both had fish and chips for £3.50 plus a soft drink of Pepsi. Once again the Planet Coffee entered our hearts. I sincerely enjoyed my meal and I would particularly like to thank Oliver behind the counter who gave us 5 star service better than you get at the Park Avenue Hotel and Spa in Wolverhampton. Me and my mate Kev are now regular visitors due to work to Warrington and once again I met the brains behind the planet Jamie at my last visit. Me and him had a great chat and I’m giving secret top information that planet coffee Wolverhampton is coming in 2024! I can’t wait????????I am going to recommend this to al my mates and the wife and there will be a fanfare when you arrive in Wolves Jamie. Top lad. Top cafe. Hope to see all you guys soon,
Kev and Dave
Food is nice snd the service was lovely. Layout is a little cramped inside. Food served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery. Just to be aware as it may put some people off. Delicious food though and great coffee.
Nice cafe, nice food. It's a shame they only use single use cups and plates. I see they are compostable rather than plastic which is a step forward, but nothing beats a mug - both environmentally and experience wise
Lovely café. It is brilliant. I had the philidelphia on a bagel with smoked salmon (£4.50) and had the option to add a poached egg for £1 extra. It is so worth it. Will be visiting again. Gawjus. Very friendly service. Always make you feel welcome. Scrambled egg on toast (£3.20) was lovely and fluffy (how it should be) and great taste. Lovely and fresh. So was the salmon. The salmon is wonderful. 100% would recommend this wonderful café. The large milkshake. (£2.70) was gawjus. Nice and cold.
Always have the Eggs Benedict here. Great. Recommended.
I only ordered two breakfast butty’s and for starters I was waiting for 20 mins. They had no selection of sauces. The hash browns tastes like pure oil or grease whatever it was they were cooked in. The sausage looked under done and I would not of fed it to my dog. Disgusted.
Great food and Milkshakes, had issue with JustEat as they use them for delivery, but no driver to deliver. They brought the food to us and it was still piping hot! Went far above and beyond, other cafe's would have just cancelled the order. Two very happy customers, will return, maybe not via JustEat's!!
This cafe is amazing, we order regular for lunch and its always fresh and on time. Beautiful food cooked with love and care. Amzing quality for money would highly recommend this place.
