Quick Facts About Aroma Cafe Bar

Aroma Cafe Bar has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment, we will analyze each comment and identify recurring themes.
Starting with the positive comments, there are several strengths that can be identified. Firstly, customers consistently mention the quality and taste of the food. In particular, the English breakfast and burgers receive high praise for being delicious and well-cooked. The comment about the sausage being the best the customer has tasted in months highlights the high standard of ingredients used at the cafe. Additionally, the afternoon tea for the baby shower is described as delightful and gorgeous, with everyone commenting positively on the food. The presence of gluten-free and vegan options is also highly appreciated, as it caters to a wider range of dietary preferences. The separate menu for these options shows a thoughtfulness and dedication to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patrons.
However, there are also weaknesses that can be identified from the negative comments. One common complaint is the long waiting times for service and food. One customer mentioned waiting almost 45 minutes for a couple of hot drinks and toast, which is clearly an excessive wait time. Another customer expressed disappointment with the slow service and lack of cutlery. These comments suggest a lack of efficiency and organization within the cafe's operations. Another weakness mentioned is the inconsistency in food quality. The burnt toast and inedible food experienced by one customer is unacceptable and indicates a lack of attention to detail in food preparation. The incident of the incorrect order being delivered and the subsequent attempted blame-shifting also reflects poorly on the cafe's customer service and professionalism. Lastly, the lack of sufficient butter for the toasted teacakes and the inconvenience of having the toilets located upstairs may deter customers with specific needs or mobility issues.
In conclusion, Aroma Cafe Bar has several strengths that contribute to its appeal. The quality and taste of the food, friendly staff, and the availability of gluten-free and vegan options are all positive aspects that keep customers coming back. However, there are also weaknesses that need to be addressed. Long waiting times, inconsistent food quality, and issues with customer service and attention to detail all impact the overall experience. Addressing these weaknesses would greatly improve the cafe's reputation and ensure a more consistent and enjoyable dining experience for customers.

I Have been here several times before everytime it's been lovely today I had Brunch with a friend. We both chose English breakfast. So glad we did it was so tasty best sausage I've tasted in months. Staff lovely. Also couldn't resist the offer of cake and coffee for an additional £2.50. I know this place is lovely and know we will be going back again.
Vile, ordered a ‘vegan burger’ meal and it was just sad… the chips were nice, shame
The best burger in town, perfectly cooked an super delicious ????
I had my baby shower here yesterday and it was amazing!! The afternoon tea was so delicious, everyone said how gorgeous the food was! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The cafe was closed while we had the party and there was no rush at all for the baby shower to end, we just stayed as long as we wanted. Never had a bad experience here anyway, but I’m just grateful for how perfect yesterday was!
Awful experience. Very long wait to be served, for the drinks and then the food. For just a couple of hot drinks and toast, it was almost 45 mins, part of which was burnt and inedible. No cutlery given. Hot choc tasted of coffee so something somewhere isn't getting cleaned properly. The young boy who was waiting on tables was terrible, customer service certainly not for him!
Came to this cafe today for the first time and absolutely loved it. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Clearly advertise that they have gluten free and vegan options available which was great for me as I’m a vegan. I usually have to work out what I can have but this cafe had a separate menu so it made it super easy for me. The food tasted amazing and the chef was lovely!! He really went out of his way to make sure everything was right for me. Wonderful service, will definitely be coming back :)
Nice coffee and seating area. It was busy ish but had to wait quite a while for our drinks. The toasted teacake are really nice but you have to ask for more butter as they don't give you enough. Toilets are located upstairs so anyone with mobility issues beware of this.
Absolutely dry ordered a tagliatelle carbonara and when it came I just got dry spaghetti phoned them up to correct it and they tried to pin it on the driver. When I confronted them about the fact they make the food they hung up. Would not recommend
