One of the strengths of Aroma Cafe Bar is that it is described as a nice little coffee shop/eatery. This suggests that it has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which can be appealing to customers. The fact that it is described as a good place to go for lunch also indicates that they offer a variety of food options beyond just coffee and tea.
Another strength mentioned is the deliciousness and full flavor of the lasagne and the decent quality of the chicken tikka curry. This indicates that the food at Aroma Cafe Bar can be tasty and enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the tables and surrounds, as well as the friendly staff, are mentioned as positives. This suggests that the cafe maintains a clean environment and has a customer-focused service.
The comments also mention that Aroma Cafe Bar provides good value for money. This suggests that the prices are reasonable and in line with the quality and portion sizes of the food. The fact that the cafe is recommended by some customers, who highlight the great team and friendly atmosphere, indicates that it has a loyal customer base.

Another weakness mentioned is the poor quality of certain menu items. This can lead to a lack of satisfaction among customers who expect higher quality.
The comments also mention issues with the service. One customer mentions waiting 40 minutes for a toastie and being made to feel like they shouldn't have asked for an update. This suggests that there may be issues with wait times and communication from the staff. Another customer complains about ordering the same meal multiple times and receiving it prepared differently each time, indicating a lack of consistency and attention to detail from the kitchen staff.
Finally, one customer mentions waiting 15 minutes for a latte and receiving a drink that tasted like warm milk with no coffee flavor. This highlights a weakness in the quality of the coffee and the consistency of the baristas' skills.

However, there are weaknesses in terms of perceived overpricing, inconsistent food quality, and issues with service and wait times. Nice little coffee shop/eatery. This place is good place to go for lunch. They offer teas and coffee as well as small meals and sandwiches. We had a lasagne and a chicken tikka curry. The lasagne was delicious and full of flavour. My curry was decent with a reasonable amount of meat. Some of the meat was on the dry side. But none the less it was alright. The tables and surrounds were all clean, and staff friendly. Overall good value for money.
Not impressed at all, over priced for what it is and where it is.
Cheese toastie was nice in fairness but not worth anywhere near the price.
Oreo Milkshake was very watery and had hardly any taste. Again not worth the price.
Chips were overcooked, dry inside and inedible, I asked for some more and was greeted with a sharp "ok". Replacement chips never came.
Would recommend avoiding this place, far better around Telford.
Waited 40 minutes for a toastie which cost a whopping £6.50! Was made to feel like I shouldn't have asked how much longer it would be. Not happy to be told for a busy cafe, with a Limited menu of toasties on that day, that they only had 1 toastie maker for all orders! Should have told customers about this from the start to set expectations! Not impressed for the price at all
Used to come here regularly a year ago because the food was great, now it’s just gone down hill. Doesn’t seem like the staff know anything they’re doing, bunch of teenagers who don’t want to be there, even the cooks, I order one meal here and every time it comes prepared different and missing items and having to constantly ask for it.
I have waited 15mins for my latte to be served. The shop is not even busy. When I got it, it just tastes like warm milk with no coffee at all.
Always our to to in town. My daughter loves her cheese on toast..great team very friendly
Very tasty coffee and excellent cake selection. Best place in Telford town centre for a light snack.
This lovely little cafe is situated inside Telford Shopping Centre, the water features on the walls made the cafe look unique and welcoming. We ordered two olympic breakfasts, a mango and passionfruit smoothie and a malteser milkshake. The breakfasts were delicious and full of flavour.
