I had a bad experience with another beauty supply store so I came to this one. Even tho he didn’t have exactly what I was looking for I ended up purchasing bundles that was similar to what I wanted. And he was very helpful and the process not rude like the other beauty store or following shoppers around instead of helping customers that need help. I will continue to purchase from this store.

I'm from Miami Florida I was in Valdosta Georgia visiting my son and my family we went to that beauty supply store and was amazed when we got inside it was clean fully stocked the price was very reasonable the service was beautiful we walked in we was well greeted and everybody came around and actually do we need help friendly place I came back to Miami talking about the beauty supply store I love it

Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all! They do exchanges and I tried to exchange my two hair packs for something else (since I didn’t open them or use them at all) and the man (I’m guessing the owner) claimed that I used one of the hair packs and wasn’t gonna allow me to exchange it. I never opened that hair pack and that is how I got it!!! He kept saying that I used it and wasn’t listening to me! Highly recommend spending your money else where. Bad customer service and will not be shopping there anymore.
