I have been going to Irma Arias the owner of Bellazza for a few years now. Her lack of care for her clients is uncalled for and the unprofessional habits at the salon are excessive. She constantly reschedules her appointments for personal vacations or events. The first time I went in for my appointment she forgot she had scheduled me and told me to come a different day and never followed up. I finally got my appointment booked with her after weeks of her rescheduling me. When I arrived, her assistant took me back and told me that Irma was busy with another client. Her assistant proceeded to wash and tone my hair. After the 30 minutes passed she then washed the toner out and began blow drying it. She then took 1 hour drying and styling my hair. After styling my hair, her assistant told me my total and it was absolutely uncalled for. Not only because of the price but because of the lack of care and quality of work. Irma is charging people $85 an hour when her assistant is doing all the work. I was charged $170 to tone my hair which took less than an hour. Never once did Irma communicate with me or explain that her assistant was going to be doing my hair. After leaving a review on her booking website, my review was deleted and I was blocked on Instagram along with my boyfriend who she does not know. Irma does not care about her clients and lacks professional ability to run a business.
It makes me sad to make this review because my stylist was incredibly nice, but my hair came out nothing like the picture I showed them.. it’s been a whole year since going to this place and I still haven’t gone to another hair stylist in fear my hair will be messed up again. At my first appointment I sat in that chair for 8 hours which is to be expected. It looked like nothing was done to my hair other than a hair cut. Even the hair cut was nothing like I asked for.. My hair had multiple colors in it and my hair looked like it was all one length when I asked for layers to make my hair look like it had more volume. The stylist didn’t want to damage my hair so they had me come back later that week so we could try to fix it. I came back, sat in that chair for another 8 hours and still didn’t get what I asked for.. I had virgin hair and in the past I’ve never had anyone have an issue with my hair. It felt like the stylist was blaming my hair to be the reason the product didn’t work. I was a new mom excited to change my look.. This was my first time doing something for myself after having my baby.. This place is extremely disappointing and doesn’t live up to the hype. I would highly suggest going somewhere else.
Received a haircut from a stylist at the salon. Looked into her Instagram profile and saw beautiful blonde coloring photos, very experienced. Came in for only a trim, wanted to get curtain bangs done and blend in the bangs that I had. It looked fine at the salon with my hair curled, but after further looking at my hair the curtain bangs were uneven and blunt. It wasn't blended into the rest of the hair. It's just upsetting, as the haircut was $65, which was fine, except that the haircut didn't turn out well.
Stylist did say to have personal matters going on, so I don't know if this had an impact on the haircut. Was super excited to try out this salon, but kind of disappointed with the final product.
Horrible. Terrible customer service and terrible stylists. Travelled all the way from El Paso for my appointment to be cancelled and rescheduled the next day. The stylist I booked with (Rachel) was doing the owner Irma’s hair and cancelled my appointment. Once I did get seen, I had the worst salon experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. First off, Rachel mis-color matched me and ordered the wrong extensions. She took another clients extensions to use on me and it was not the color I wanted. The whole experience took 18 hours!!!! Once she finally installed them they fell out only 3 weeks later even with proper washing and maintenance. I’m a hair stylist myself and know how to properly maintain extensions.
Now I’m dealing with hair loss as a result of improper extension installation. Stay away from this place. I now have a bald spot thanks to Rachel. She has NO business doing extensions. You’ve been warned.
Update: Come to find out from the angel that fixed her horrific installation job, they overcharged me for the bellami weft and I did not receive what I paid for. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
I highly recommend NOT going here. They took advantage of a college student who has hair extensions. The staff has amazing personalities but all they care about is money. They ruined my 4 month old extensions. They cut the extensions uneven and also cut my natural hair. I also got my roots done and I ended up leaving with orange roots with blonde hair. I got my hair fixed by a different place and they were shocked and disgusted how my hair looked. They charged me for an extra bowl of bleach without telling me until I paid. I'm not the type of person to talk negatively about anyone or someones business but this place ruined my hair!
Worst hair color I ever had. To start, I went in with very healthy long hair to work with; with minor color correction and about 5 months of prior color from another salon… I showed the stylist what I wanted and she said that she could do it. Long story short, my hair is damaged and the stylist gave me orange brassy highlights and blamed it on me for the turn out of my hair and still charged me full service for getting brassy orange hair with a mix of silver.Very disappointed that the Bellaza salon has someone representing the salon and it’s image in this way. I really hope this can be fixed.

Just got my hair done! I am super happy with the results. Alexa worked on it until I was completely happy with it. Definitely will be back to have her do my hair again.
