Let’s start off by saying she told me to be there by 8:20AM and I walked in at 8:20AM and she got to work you hear me!! The staff was very friendly! BB made sure no one got bored. She’s amazing. They met my expectations and I didn’t get the stylists name who did most of my hair, but she’s awesome! I 100% recommend! They started my birthday off right by giving me the exact style I wanted. #ForeverAClient
This is the best place to get your hair braided. I showed my stylist a picture and she gave me the exact hairstyle! I will always recommend this place!
I love my hair but I didn't like that customer was there after me but hair was finished before mine.
I would not recommend. I had been going to Bintou for years my sister and I both and we just can not deal with it anymore . They always got they kids running around being so loud and not in control . The kids make me feel like I’m getting my hair done in a daycare . Because I have been so many times I have had almost all the braiders there and they all want to take 30 min breaks and eat while I am sitting in the chair hungry as well and ready to go . While doing your hair , they are so loud and they take talking breaks . They stop braiding to talk and then start back after they done talking . I have just had enough and I will not be back and neither will my sister be back . But I will say , they do some GOOD and I mean GOOD braids but I just can’t deal with the extra stuff .

Pure trash. Myself and 2 daughters have been going to Bintu's for YEARS. Several years back, they kept to their word of getting to you and having you in and out in an acceptable timeframe for braids. Quality of service has dropped tremendously! After a negative encounter about 3yrs back with BOTH my daughters hair, I started not to return at all but my youngest preferred to try them again. She's been twice since then and it seemed "okay" but today, just like a previous bad experience - 5hrs went by before they even STARTED. Add to that, an add'l 4 hrs to finish the style. NEVER AGAIN!
Hair was finished within 5hrs. It's just that the stylist talks way too much to the other stylist.
If I could give 0 as a star they would get it . Taking 8 hours to do braids and then I tried them again and this time no braided to do requested braid style. The lady opening shop has not a clue. Placing people in seats signing them in not s braided in sight and states she does not know how many will show but there were people there mad about previous dealings with them . Unfortunately this was a second time after I went months ago decided to give them another chance and it was not a good choice .
