Ordered salt and pepper chicken balls and she showed me 2 frozen comparisons one is a nugget and the other is a chicken ball so I pointed to the chicken ball one for her to fry in a pan with salt and peppers. The chicken was literally pink. When I confronted her she informed me the frozen chicken ball is “marinated in salt and other spices which is what makes it pink” and it’s “just preference” and I’m being “picky”.

Food lovely and plentiful,The homemade chips are to die for. excellent service and prices,highly recommend.

Had the meal for three while we were visiting on holiday. Best Chinese I've had in ages. Loads of food, super tasty and well priced. Wish we had a place like it locally!

Food was really good but customer service was quite bad. The lady at the desk was very rude and was quite blatantly watching a tv show loudly on her phone which we thought wasnt very professional. There was just a basic lack of manners and coming from someone who works in customer service I can say that someone with an attitude like that shouldnt be on front of house. Other than that the food was amazing so the customer service was quite a let down.

Great place. Lovely helpful friendly lady on the counter. Food is very good quality and the portions are huge. We have hunted the whole of Scarborough for a Chinese we can agree on (he only eats curry where as I like something different almost every time) finally we found one. Food is constantly good, not had a bad dish yet. Have to admit that we may need therapy soon....salt and pepper chips have become a bit of an addiction. Luckily the lovely lady on the counter reminds me if I forgot to order them which could save our relationship, neither of us would forgive the other that forgot the salt and pepper chips!
