Quick Facts About Cafe Havana Croydon South End

Cafe Havana Croydon South End has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the food and atmosphere, others have had issues with the service and quality of the shisha. In this analysis, we will examine the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring comment is the quality of the burgers. Customers have described them as delicious and the beef patties as being done to perfection. This indicates that the food at Cafe Havana Croydon South End is a major strength and sets it apart from other establishments in the area. Additionally, the space itself has been praised for its luxurious and exuberant decor. The multiple floors, inside bar, and restaurant seating contribute to a cozy ambiance. The rooftop terrace is also highlighted as a great feature, with a big seating area, lots of light, and entertainment in the form of a big screen television. The tropical burst drink called the Havana special is also mentioned as a must-try item, adding to the positive experience at the establishment. Lastly, the provision of disposable mouth tips and pipes for the shisha is seen as a hygienic practice, which is appreciated by customers.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one common criticism is the size of the seating area. It is described as small, which can make it inconvenient for larger groups or those who want to have both shisha and a meal. This is a potential drawback for customers looking for a more spacious and versatile establishment. Another weakness mentioned is the speed of service. While the overall service is rated as good, some customers have experienced long wait times for their drinks. This is something that the establishment could improve upon to enhance the customer experience. In one instance, the staff were described as inattentive and indifferent towards a customer's complaint about waiting for drinks. This indicates that there may be inconsistencies in the level of service provided. Another weakness mentioned is the quality of the shisha. While some customers enjoyed it, others complained about the shisha dying quickly and having to repeatedly ask the staff to check it. This inconsistency in the quality of the shisha could be a deterrent for customers who prioritize the shisha experience.
In conclusion, Cafe Havana Croydon South End has several strengths, including delicious burgers, luxurious decor, a rooftop terrace, and a refreshing tropical drink. However, there are also weaknesses, such as a small seating area, inconsistent service, and issues with the quality of the shisha. By addressing these weaknesses, particularly in terms of service speed and shisha quality, the establishment has the potential to improve the overall customer experience and attract more patrons.

Best TL Reviews

This is one of the best burgers in town! Beef patties done to perfection!!! We had Cuban Revolution And Italian Job!! The burgers were soooooo delicious! The seating area is quiet small, we wanted to have sheesha and meal but this branch doesn’t have that.
An amazing space with 3 floors and decorated in the most luxurious and exuberant ways l absolutely loved this spot. Very cosy ambience with inside bar and restaurant seating, dark and sassy lighting and suede and velour interior that just gives the place that elegance. Upstairs rooftop terrace with a big seating area, alot of light which creates such a juxtaposition with the inside, outside entertainment in form of big screen television and shisha smoking area. You've gotta try thr Havana special drink which is a tropical burst of fresh passionfruit and concoction of sweet slush. It literally takes you to a holiday and back in one sip. The service was good the guys where on point could've been a bit faster as we were waiting for one of our drinks for quite sometime but we where the 1st customers in there by the time other people started walking in it must have got a but busy. The shisha was beautiful l went for Al fakher my normal mix of grape, peach and hint of mint and it was perfect. They gave us disposable mouth tips and pipes which was very hygienic and topped up charcoal consistently. Overall a little gem in the middle of South Croydon that shisha lovers should definitely visit without fail.
Great fresh juices and a wide range of different flavoured shisha. The serves are very tentative and change the coal and make sure that everything is working properly.
Shisha was awesome, vibe was nice, drinks were cold and the rooftop wasn’t too busy. What more could you ask for. Ask for Mike, he was super helpful.
Follow the sweet smell of fragrant smoke up the stairs. Take seat, place your request. Comfortable atmosphere, great music had me bubbling on the padded leather sofa. Good value for a couple of hours out to chill with your partner or friends. Will definitely be back.
I have been here quite a few times, average quality shisha bar not really anything special.
However, on my last visit, staff were very inattentive. Waited 25 minutes for drinks, before going to the desk and asking them if they had forgotten to which they said it will be coming. Waited an hour, still no drinks. Went to the desk and told them we were leaving to which they did not seem too bothered. Asked for a discount on the rest of our order, manager did not accept but upon insisting he instead gave us a special offer voucher for our next visit.
Great place to enjoy shisha, whether is alone or in a group. Nice bar at the top, and the shisha is nicely priced. The food menu is good and has alot to offer, and there is a great selection of milkshakes and mocktails. Alcohol is not served here.
Last time I came here many years ago, the experience wasn't so great and unfortunately yesterday was almost the same. Literally had to ask the staff to check the shisha 3x as it kept dying after 5mins. Although the staff did make an effort to check the shisha, I honestly wouldn't be returning there again. Also there was hardly any ventilation inside, felt really hot and humid!
