Honestly some of the worst nails I’ve gotten in years. When I asked for the nail tech to fix a mistake where my nail was lifting up due to not being glued flush she took it incredibly personally and snapped at me. She even glued some of her broken glove to my thumb and was unable to get it off. My full set is uneven, the polish is thin and streaky, and my toe polish is a mess. I truly wish this experience had gone better than it did.
Went and got a manicure, thought she had only nicked a small part of my cuticle, but bleeding didn’t stop for an hour after leaving. Upon inspection an hour later, I noticed she had cut a good amount of the “meaty” part above my cuticle all the way across. Went back to get my money back because I did not pay to be injured like that, and they refused because I had already left. Would have never left if I could actually tell how bad it was at the time. They were very rude about the situation and laughed me off. HORRIBLE customer service.

Came here in by accident one day and loved it ever since. Tom did my nails this time, they are fabulous ~ he did an absolutely amazing job. They/he really takes their time and makes sure that it looks so good and exactly what you want.
Kim is so sweet & I love the beautiful decor & atmosphere. They offer awesome drinks, and thrir prices are good in comparison.
I love this place! I read the good reviews and decided to try it. My nails look incredible and the lady was so nice. Plus they clearly have regulars. They knew this lady that came in and told her all about new colors they had in. Also complimentary beverages? Yes please! I had delicious Vietnamese coffee. If your party of 6 or more comes in for an occasion there's free champagne.
They did a pretty good job on my nails. The lady that did my nails however scraped me with the filer and caused my finger to bleed. They don’t let you know what the price is for nail polish. Until right before they paint your nails. However they were very nice and very pleasant. I went there because the place that normally does my nails was close for two days.
The BossLady that some call "Candy" took care of me while on vacation. She has good energy and knows what she's doing. I love my nails, thank you so much!
So I usually like this place, I’ve been here twice before but this time was my first time asking for a design and it was disappointing, like I’m actually really sad. I asked for a black French tip with sparkle over, and you know how you put the base first of clear or pink coat? She did it after the black French tip part on just the bottom, leaving it very cloudy, messy and covering some of the black part. Like it looked so bad and messy and what made me even more sad is I prefer square nails but had her shape them in coffin cause it would look better with a French tip more then square and then I didnt even get the French tip or design cause it looked so bad and now I’m stuck with coffin nails and a color I don’t even really like…… so I got just all red, and there’s black spots on them still since she didn’t completely take off the black polish good. But I don’t even think she cared because another customer came in ???? and honestly the things I never like about coming here is they never paint my whole nail like the sides, and I hate having to keep asking “can you paint here”, “can you paint here” like why can’t you just paint the whole nail, every time and I also don’t like how when they put a clear coat over my nails at end, there’s ALWAYS spots missing every single time I come here.
Made appointment at noon on 4/8/2018 .I even called before I,went to the appointment all 5 minutes be 12:00pm she said they were ready for me! I, got there at Noon!! They had me wait close to 45 minutes. Then a women came in with two young children and set them down in the salon to eat lunch!!! This is not a lunch room!!! Pour customer service!!! Then a lady came in with her dog!! This is a nail salon for Human's to get there nails done!! Not for pets to be in salon or children to have lunch! My time is as important as your time please don't waste it !
