This suggests a lack of consistency in service quality, which can be frustrating and disappointing for customers.

4. Negative attitude: A few comments mention feeling rushed and encountering a negative attitude from some staff members. This can create a negative experience for customers and may deter them from returning to the salon.
5. Poor time management: One customer expresses dissatisfaction with the delayed opening of the salon and slow service. Poor time management can be frustrating for customers who have made appointments and expect punctuality and efficient service.
6. Customer service response: When a complaint was made regarding a rude comment made by a staff member, the salon's response was considered unsatisfactory. This lack of satisfactory response shows a potential weakness in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
7. Unsatisfactory results: A customer expresses dissatisfaction with the end result of their visit, including poorly done cuticles. This indicates that the quality of the services provided may not always meet customer expectations.
Overall, while Cindy's Divine Nails has positive aspects such as a friendly staff, skilled technicians, and creative designs, there are areas that need improvement, such as communication, consistency in service quality, and addressing customer concerns effectively.

Tina was very kind and walked me through getting my first acrylic full set & they turned out lovely!
Tina did an amazing job as always!! New set and my brows done perfectly!! Always will go back to Cindy’s Nails!!
First time in since it has become Aria Nail, the remodel was beautifully done. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly satisfied at how clean the establishment was. Will definitely be going back.
The last 2 times I’ve been to Cindy’s I have had issues: gel cracked on the quick, peeling from the base, staff did procedures I asked to not have (it may be my imagination, but I don’t think staff understands English), and price went up at least $30. Looking for another salon:(
Teresa is my fav she always kills it with design and everything amazing!!!
The man basically ranted about Americans being unhealthy and obese and singled my friend out as if she was offended because of her weight and apologized to her but pointed it out like three times. .
She left before her pedicure and I was already halfway through my set and I felt so awkward and did not get my pedicure, either.
Her sister even called the salon to complain about how rude that was and they just said sorry and that's it.
I also wanted short, rounded nails and by the end he realized he didn't do what I wanted and asked if I wanted him to fix it, but I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could, my friend was just sitting outside at that point.
He also mentioned after I said I don't get nails often that he didn't understand the point of getting them.
I still paid, way too much, for a terrible experience.
I usually love them, but it felt so rushed and felt like such a negative attitude. Even though they apologized , I don't think that was enough. I'd like to go back and get my nails fixed, but I don't think it's worth it, now.
My cuticles look terrible, too. Ugh.
We made appointments for 9 am when they opened. When we got there at 9 am, the shop was closed. The owners showed up at 9:10 with coffee drinks in their hands. We got in and seated after about 10 more minutes. The workers disappeared to the back for another 15 minutes and came out moving as slowly as they possibly could. The pedicures were rushed, poorly done and the entire time they were completing them, they were talking through bluetooth to each other. They charged $35 just to paint my daughter's toes with absolutely no other service involved. I was incredibly disappointed with the services provided and will not be going back.
Teresa did an amazing job on my nails with the cute little turkey designs she did! Extremely happy with the way my nails looked!!
