LOVE LOVE LOVE !! This is my go to nail salon everytime ! I never have to wait, service is always good, they listen to everything I ask for, and they make sure everything is correct. Its always clean and feel free to ask for a drink ! Today I got my nails and toes done and I am in love. Prices are affordable nothing too expensive! i am obsessed with my nails! i come to this location often, and they are all so friendly. Johnny did my nails today, and he did an AMAZING job! I can’t wait for my next visit. 10/10 recommend!!

Trish did a great job on the foundation for a great set. It took a LONG time but I appreciate her perfectionism. But what I didn’t appreciate was the rude woman who came behind her to paint my nails ugly. As you can see in the photo there is a big difference between the French tip of the right hand compared to the left hand. This unknown lady was very rude and unnecessarily lied to me about what I had told her. I corrected her. And then she went on to tell me how next time I come I need to get something different. The AUDACITY. The customer service after Trish was disgusting and I don’t have enough characters to go into detail. But after over 2 hours of sitting there and the unknown lady having to fix the paint twice, I wasn’t paying attention to what she had done like I should have after her being so rude and disrespectful.

I've been going to Classic Nails twice a month for over 16 years. I'm very specific and particular about my nails, and the folks there do a great job.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now but this will be my last. The staff is very friendly and the remodel is lovely but, I was charged $10 extra (up from $5) just to get my cuticles done when it should have been included in the $40 SNS manicure. My past visits were not good either. Cuticles half done, paint peeled within a day, feet and hands are rubbed rather than massaged. It no longer feels like a spa experience but more like an up-sale for paint colors. As I said, the staff is very friendly, but I just can't anymore.

We had a great experience here. I took my daughter and our nails look great. Kim (gel) and Grace (dip and design) did an amazing job! We will be back!!

I was quickly seated for my dip and they were polite. Unfortunately, 5 of my nails fully cracked after only 4 days. Since I was already back home in California, I was unable to return for them to be redone. I called to explain and offered to send pictures and I asked for a partial refund since I will have to pay all over here in California. They told me they were unable to do this. I’m not happy about this at all and believe they should’ve done the right thing.

I have been coming to Classic Nails for over 8 years and I love these beautiful ladies! They have gotten to know me over the years and provide me with professional and personal service. Very clean and professional establishment. Gel pedicure is my go to service! Best kept secret in Sandy Springs!!!
