Great barbershop! I moved to St. Cloud last Fall and was looking for an excellent barber and barbershop and I found both! The shop is welcoming and looks both traditional and modern at the same time. Very clean. Great service and setup. And my barber there, Luis Berniez, does a consistently excellent job. He's quick but thorough, and always has a smile. I highly recommend going there.
Sent son in to get haircut and he told them to edge him. They did and he was charged $7. That was no problem. Sent him back to get it corrected and another barber charged him 20 to cut his hair with a 2 guard while his hair is the length of a 1 guard. First and last time going there because barbers should tell a client this guard isn’t cutting any hair instead of acting as if they cut it. I called the shop to complain and they hung up on me. No respect and I believe whomever answered the phone was racist. If you can’t cut all different races of hair then don’t offer to cut their hair.
This is the only place I've been through that will cut your hair the way you want it. I love coming here they are so friendly and the wait time is not that long honestly. 100% recommend anyone who is looking for good barbers THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE FOR YOU!!
Started out going here a year ago but not completely happy with my last few visits. Pricing is very inconsistent and not disclosed until the end. I guess it's up to each barber, they must be sub contractors. Cell phone rings and barber stops to chat with his "boy" to see "what club they hitting up later." No longer my recommendation.
This shop is the best in St.Cloud! Great atmosphere and customer service. I can always depend on Izzy to deliver a great cut! She sets the bar high, her attention to detail and skills are like no other! 5 stars!!!
No les aconsejo para nada esté negocio, es una total falta de respeto y Ética laboral, llegué y solamente había un nombre en la lista, dónde nadie me explico... puse mi nombre debajo, habían solo dos barberos, le pregunté después de la persona que está aquí vengo yo? Me dijo si! Ok, el otro barbero atendió a dos de sus citas yo estando ahí sin ninguna explicación! Me supuse obviamente eran sus citas, pero al llegar debieron haberme dicho para así yo saber si seguía esperando o no! El otro barbero atendió a dos personas más! Estuve 2 horas esperando, llegaron otras 2 personas, y repito después de el me toca verdad?... si tranquilo, al terminar, se levanta va al baño y de regreso me dice disculpa no puedo atenderte porque ellos dos son mis citas!!! No obstante esto las personas le dicen tranquilo, atiéndelo a el por tanto tiempo de espera, a lo que el respondió sin verme, no puedo es que también después de ustedes tengo otras citas! Es una total burla su estilo y Ética de trabajo, su programación desde que uno entra es un desastre! Ni siquiera vi su nombre, pero era calvo con barba el barbero que juega con el tiempo de sus clientes! Jamás volveré a esté sitio llamado barbería, deberían poner a un encargado que supervise el gallinero y la locura que tienen! Ojo siempre dijo dentro de 5 min llega otro barbero el cuál nunca llegó! 2 horas de mi único día libre a la semana tirado a la basura!
Eli is super friendly gives a super nice haircut! Walk-ins are welcome but an appointment is best. I have been going here with my two sons for 4 years. Both of my sons love getting their haircut. My kids are 2 and 4 years old
Hate leaving bad reviews like this but it seems to be a common trend here. I show up before opening as a walk-in. I know this place gets busy with appointments so I was expecting a wait. Another person comes in as a walk in 30 minutes after me and gets a cut. I noticed one barber telling the other barber doing the cut that I was skipped.
Oh well. It happens. I figured I’d be next. So I wait for this person to get their haircut thinking I’d at least be next. Nah. Wasted my whole Sunday morning here.
