Amazing coffee, and their avocado toast is best I’ve had in town! Quickly became my wife and I’s favourite cafe. We’re both fans of their latte, but the filter coffee is also great and they have options changing occasionally to get a new feel! If you’re in town, Coffeesmith is a MUST visit place (and it doesn’t hurt to visit more than once)
The owner and staff are also super friendly, and eventually memorised our order from our frequent visits.
There’s plenty seating (indoor and outdoor), cozy atmosphere and in the winter you’ll find fairy lights in their windows (to quote my wife: “very instagrammable!”)
They also have doggie treats available, so can even bring your furry friend for a visit.
You can’t go wrong if you go to Coffeesmith.
Tucked away just off the bustling city centre streets this was a glorious find.
As someone wanting a decent coffee that was unique and local, had a buzz about the place yet was warm and welcoming, this ticked all the boxes.
Would highly recommend.
We stopped at Coffeesmith for a morning ‘pick-me-up’ when exploring Oxford. It’s tucked away a little down a side street but it was still bustling – so obviously a good sign.
It’s in a beautiful old building, with plenty of seating inside and out. The coffee was reasonably priced and very tasty, and the cakes looked to die for. I’ll certainly be back again when visiting Oxford (especially to sample a cake!).
I was showing my grandfather around Oxford and while we were waiting for our slot with the guide, I went in search of a smaller coffee place. I saw this one tucked away in this small street just off the main street. The staff were superb a day the coffee was quite nice. Give it a go next time you are at Oxford.
Amazing cosy coffee shop. Tucked away in a quiet alley with outside seating just off Corn market street. The coffee is always up to the highest standard. Their rose almond and pistachio cake is just divine. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Oxford especially if you have a dog as they get free treats and cuddles.
Lovely coffee shop next to pizza express at the entrance of the Covered Market. Their toasted sourdough sandwiches are just amazing. As a big meat eater, I love the Pastrami sandwich, hearty and filling. Always hits the spot.
Nice servers, cozy environment but awful coffee. Americano was as watered down as a chain’s and too hot, possibly burning the beans. Pastries looked legit but can’t comment as didn’t have.
Great cakes and good coffee tucked away off Cornmarket St, a shame there's no proper cycle parking.
