I had a great experience here! My nails look amazing. Got them done for a witch photo shoot. Cost me a lil more then I planned to pay for a simple gel manicure but with the designs and how they took the time to make sure they did a good job, I will be back!

Linda was awesome!! This was my first time at Elegant Nails and I got a regular pedicure and dip nails, and I’m very happy with how my nails turned out. Very pretty nails and Linda took great care in what she was doing! Not only Linda, but the entire staff seemed to really know their clients, and were very personable and hospitable. Worst experience ever those are not human they are liar . I had my nails done all nails polished came out the owner told me to come back he will fix it he gave me the price . When I come back the next day him and the wife want to charge me extra. And he’s raising he’s voice at me .very poor customer service. Those Chinese or Vietnamese whatever they are only cares about money.

The worst nail place I've ever been to!

I really wonder how are you still in business?!

I went for a regular manicure. However, I've had some left over layers from a previous gel manicure. The technician I was paired with wrapped up my nails and didn't give any time for them to sit. She started scraping and was going to damage my nails if I wasn't going to tell her to let them sit for a bit longer. Then she disappeared for good 20 minutes. I looked around and noticed exact same technician doing a pedicure on another client. Then I've waited another 10 minutes for another technician to get available. The second technician had the worst attitude and Energy ever. She was pulling my hands and cutting my cuticles while I still had left overs from my gel. Then she didn't even bother to clean it all. So she was ready to apply the polish on top of my not cleaned and shaped up nails. I thought "you've got to be kidding me"! Then I asked her to clean them a bit more. She didn't understand what I was saying... I said never mind and walked to the front desk wanting to pay for pretty much wasting my time and giving me that nasty attitude for no reason!

On top of all that they asked me to pay $24. Lol

I mean seriously!

I explained that there is still gel there that needs to be removed. All of sudden Noone was speaking English. Lol

It was very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional set up. Not to mention how filthy it was everywhere...

My first time having a Mani and Pedicure, it was excellent, and Sofia was really good. I will go back. Price for Mani and Pedi 52 dollars.

Great nails and service always. Tom does the BEST nail art, 3d flowers, stickers, designs, and natural looking nail shape.
