Beware. This place made me immediately uncomfortable. The nail tech who did my nails immediately started yelling at me when I ask do they accept card? No!!! Cash!! Cash!!! I ran to get money. I returned examining the shop it was poorly kept, and I mean real poor. I feel like health code violations may be all over the place. The man did the worse job ever on my gel manicure, and rushed me to pay before he was done, and asked about a tip before you did any work. Tip come based on quality of service. I asked for one single candy cane on my pinky automatically $10 extra. The man kept pressuring to do a pedicure, and I mean kept begging. To the point I feel like I was paying to keep their lights on. I think this is been my experience here in New York. I’ve met nothing but disrespect, and the shops aren’t even in law required standards.
This is by Far the worst place I’ve ever been too. Find a better place to do your nails. They have new staff inside that are more concerned about the money than getting the work done. Horrible job with pedicures: get your money back.
My mom and I are not willing to be paying money, with a terrible job. I mean look at her feet, they look like you can turn on a cigarette in an ash tray. This salon just lost two loyal clients.
The worst gel manicure I’ve ever had in my life. I came in when it was absolutely empty. The man filed my nails in under 30 seconds. It was so poorly done, crooked and uneven, I ended up filing them myself while I was there. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him continue to do the gel. He cut me while trimming cuticles (THEY DID NOT SANITIZE THE TOOLS, he pulled them straight from the drawer). He got gel all over my cuticles, nails sides, and under my nail. This was all sloppily done in under 30 minutes. I asked him why he was rushing if I was the only one there with 5+ nail techs sitting there. He proceeded to tell me I was “picky” and “dramatic”. I showed my nails to another tech and she tried to peel off his gel application from the sides of my cuticles with her own nail. I ended up walking out. The was the most stressful, unhygienic, and unprofessional experience. It’s not worth saving the extra $20, go somewhere else.
I love you Phil you finessed my cute nails yay . and you’re so kind !
30 dollar gel manicure done on Saturday. Already starting chipping on Monday. It is now Thursday and this is what they are looking like now! I’ve once gotten a gel full set here years ago , it was great but now they are overpriced and do not have any good quality products. Do better !
They did an amazing job on my nails this is my first time going there and I will be back! Very nice and professional
The service was ok but it was mediocre. I asked for mood color and he gave me blue gel. Then when I noticed he said step outside to see the change. It was no change. I ran it in hot and cold water it didn’t change and to be over charged for something I didn’t receive is ridiculous
My pedi was cool. But the polish change was terrible. Polish came off the next morning. They charge $10. For the polish change but she negotiated $5.00 because I don’t do polish toes and my partner was getting his done for $10.
