I’m a white young lady and the African-American woman that was doing hair told me that I have no reason for being in the store when I asked for a hair net that was so rude and racist I would not recommend white women going in though
I WILL shop somewhere else. The hand sanitizer at the door is the dumbest thing. Ex: 1. Everyone can't use hand sanitizer on their skin. 2. I touch my phone with my dirty hands before entering the store. I come in use hand sanitizer and begin to shop. Pull my phone out. Oops, my hands are dirty again. Still, pick up a product in the store. Products dirty is dirty now. And so on... I understand the cleanliness but it's still pointless.
They have a little bit of everything here. I like their large selection of fishnet/nylon stockings as I wear them for my waitressing job and always need new ones.
I mean this in a good way... this is the ghetto have everything you need beauty supply store. All the black hair products tools and accessories!

I had them hold my bag off stuff while I shop and they said I never gave them a bag and lost out on my stuff
This beauty supply store was more like a department store. They had some of everything in there I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were a little standoffish but at that point it was fine I was exploring the store. Came out with some good stuff. ????????????
I was very very disappointed with the experience of this establishment. I encountered something I have never experience before. I did business here purchasing face masks, a large ticket wig and had a brought in wig shampooed and styled. I will accept the mistake I made with misplacing the ticket to identify my personal wig, but I can not understand why they have no back up system in finding my personal wig bought in to be shampooed and restyled. I have made several attempts to rectify this situation but they refuse to work something where everyone wins. Reimburse the monies I paid for the shampoo, keep the wig if there is no ticket to identify this particular one or a store credit towards something else in the store. So stating for the record if you shop at this place make sure you get what you are paying for and by all means do not lose the TICKET. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ONCE WAS NEVER AGAIN CUSTOMER.
