My nails were nice but they try to over charge you for just for choosing a chrome polish $60! I just went with the regular gel no chip polish and saves money it was about 35 which is not bad I got gel full set short nails.Also the guy didn’t clean my nails before doing them and they usually do everywhere else I go.
The guy who did my pedi didn’t cut the corners of my big toe right neither he just basically cut my nail a tiny bit straight across and filed it. I feel like they’re not as clean I don’t know if they disinfect their nail filers or nail clippers ? I just seen them laying on their small tables and they just grab them it didn’t look like they took them out of a fresh clean bag…
Paid $80 dollars plus tip for my granddaughters to have their nails done for a wedding this weekend! My one granddaughters nails were fine but the guy that did my other granddaughters was in a hurry and didn’t GAF !!! I will NEVER return here !! Sickening!!! $80 for a 10 and 4 year old to have over 1/2 of the no chip not stay ! They owe me my $$ back !!!
Stopped by this shop because my usual place was too busy and I really needed to get my nails done; so my daughter suggested this place. Tam and his staff were pleasant enough. He did a very nice job on my nails. I had a pedicure as well. It felt a bit rushed and not as thorough as I've been used to but they still look pretty good. I would return if pressed.
Told her multiple times my nails looked too wide she acted like she couldn’t understand. Will definitely be taking my money elsewhere. Left with my hands looking bulky.
The new staff is excellent! Van did my pedicure and she is very skilled. So satisfied with the service. The shop is now a relaxing environment and there is no one there who consistantly tries to hit on you or make unwanted comments. Thanks Van
Update: DO NOT LET TAM TARN DO YOUR NAILS, FEET, ETC. He rushes and has the nastiest attitude. I will never visit this shop again. I have to go to another shop to do the job he was suppose to do and my toe started bleeding.
Came in for a pedicure. No chip is 48 and regular is 28. She did a good Job. Not going to lie, I only came there because the one a few blocks was packed and for some reason no one was in there..I was in an out.
I recently found this shop since moving to Lansing and have gone there a total of 4 times. I have had A great experience up until today. There was a middle aged woman that appeared to be working alone and I informed her that I wanted a pedicure. I sat and waited my turn and another young lady walked in and asked for a pedicure and eyebrows. Long story short the other young lady was sat down before me and when I proceeded to ask the lady worker about a color she was less than pleasant and very short with me. I feel that if you’re spending your money in an establishment you shouldn’t be made to feel like a bother. It’s less than a mile from my house but I would never go back there unless the gentleman that has been doing my feet is available.
I found this quaint place driving to go to another nail salon I really didn't want to got to but thought I had no other choice. I am so happy I stopped in and patronized them. They were courteous, friendly and professional. My mani/pedi looks great and my eyebrows looks beautiful. I was even impressed with the type of clientele that frequent this salon. I will definitely make this my nail salon. Excellent service!
