2. Friendly staff: Multiple customers mention that the staff at the salon is friendly and welcoming. This creates a positive and comfortable atmosphere for customers.

4. Clean salon: A customer comments that the salon is very clean, suggesting that the salon maintains good hygiene standards. A clean environment is an important aspect of a spa or salon, as it promotes customer satisfaction and ensures a pleasant experience.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent service quality: A customer mentions that their recent visit resulted in rushed and bad service. They specifically mention issues with a gel manicure and pedicure, such as clumpy polish and polish on the skin. This indicates that the salon may have issues with maintaining consistent service quality.
2. Breakage issues: Another customer mentions experiencing broken nails during their visits to the salon, suggesting a potential issue with the quality of the products or techniques used. This can be a weakness as it indicates that the salon may not be delivering satisfactory results in terms of durability.
3. Poor service for children: A customer expresses dissatisfaction with the service provided for their 3-year-old child. They mention that the salon did not cut or file the child's nails, which suggests a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service specifically for children. This can be a weakness as it may deter customers with young children from visiting the salon.
4. Inconsistency with staff skills: A customer mentions receiving subpar service from a young manicurist who didn't clean under their nails properly and completely messed up their eyebrows. This suggests that there may be a lack of consistency in the skills and training of the staff members, leading to inconsistent service quality and potential dissatisfaction for customers.
5. Pricing discrepancies and poor handling of complaints: A customer mentions being quoted one price but ending up paying more than expected. They also express dissatisfaction with the quality of the service and the response they received when expressing their concerns. This indicates a potential weakness in the salon's pricing transparency and customer service, as the customer felt overcharged and that their concerns were not adequately addressed.
In conclusion, Nail Bar Spa has strengths in terms of having skilled and friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a clean environment. However, there are weaknesses in inconsistent service quality, breakage issues, poor service for children, inconsistency in staff skills, and pricing discrepancies. Addressing these weaknesses can help the salon improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Best TL Reviews
Updating my review, there is one guy there he’s at the very from mail station on the left side when first walking in! He literally does the best nails there! Has the best personality and makes you feel welcomed everyone else is fine but you can’t trust everyone there to do your nails! If you have to book an appointment boook him
I will never go to another salon! Minh always does exactly what I asked for and the rest of the staff is so friendly! Very reasonably priced too ;)
i usually get good service from this salon but when i went recently the work was sort of rushed and bad, i got a gel manicure and pedicure the polish is on my skin and clumpy looking, hopefully next time it’s a better experience
I've been going here for about and the last two months I've been averaging two to three broken nails. I don't know if they switched acrylic or what. But the cost of broken nails and gel fill in adds up. I can't keep waisting money. Lovely people with very clean salon...the quality of work and products has just gone down
They charged me $60 for my 3 year old to get her toes and nails painted with gel... they did not cut her nails filed... just paint...
The first time (three weeks ago) I came to this place I would’ve gave in a six out of five stars. After today’s experience I will never return back they gave me a girl who was probably 18 years old for a manicure and eyebrows. Didn’t clean under my nails that’s no big deal… completely messing up my eyebrows that’s a problem. I’m going to have to wait months for them to grow back to the shape they were.
I called last minute and they took me right away. I needed a fill with gel polish. I just moved from the other side of town and decided to try a new place (closer to home) I couldn’t be happier, Angel did an amazing job! Thank You! I will be back.
I was told my nails would be $120 including my feet. $40 for my feet and $80 for my nails due to the length(extra $20).I normally spend close to $200 including the tip, but I decided to be simple this time, and wanted to save $. So, as a way to save 20 extra bucks I asked to have them short… besides the sloppy work, I ended up paying $130. I paid more then I was originally told, for something I wasn’t happy with. Of course I expressed that, and was met with attitude. And was told it would be an extra $10 to have them fixed because of the “time it takes”.. My hands especially looks a mess. I always leave satisfied but today I couldn’t be any less pleased. Prices are too high for anyone to leave with a frown on their face!
