I've been coming here for a while. Sherri is my awesome nail tech. She's so attentive and patient. If you have a design or a picture of the design, she will do your nails exactly the same.
Went in for a basic no frill manicure. What a pitiful; unprofessional job! Left my cuticles ragged and sore. One cuticle had the skin cut way too close. My nails looked worse coming out than they did coming in. Steer clear. I will never utilize this place ever again. First and last time!
Sony was very nice and took his time. Definitely a relaxing experience. Everyone made me feel comfortable.
I waited in hour, which I was told a head of time and I was ok with that. When it was my turn the lady rushed through it and did a sloppy job. it was 3pm on a Friday and they didn't have a lot of people working and they all looked like they were rushing through just get people out. The place was a mess.
Went there for 1st time . Love it the way they did their job . (Not rushed )
My daughter got her nails done at another shop yesterday but due to an accident one of her nails broke. We went back to that nail shop but they were closed ( though they are usually opened on Sundays). So we came to I nails because we are familar with them. My baby sat in the chair waiting to be serviced then she was told they will not fix her nail. They told her they were busy ( but I called before we came). I came into the shop after she came out dejected. I reiterated to them I called before I came and the told me they were seeing customers up until 3pm (it was 1:15 pm) I then asked again what was the cut off for accepting customers... They confirmed it was 3pm. Hmmm? I'm confused now. They then had the audacity to tell me to go back where she first got them done and have them fix it. Wow!!! Completely and utterly rude... (Well again, that first shop was closed or else they would have fixed it.) But we found another shop nearby. They welcomed my daughter (who is about to take her senior pictures :-))...sat her down and serviced her. This business has it confused. They are not doing us a favor. They are in business... To attract and KEEP customers. They don't deserve any....they do NOT know how to TALK or treat people.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon.
I walked in and nobody said anything at all. I assumed I should sign in so I did that and then sat down. After about 10 minutes someone asked what I wanted and I said gel manicure and gel pedicure. No response.
I kept wanting to just leave, but I didn’t. After about 20 more minutes I sat down to have my manicure first. The girl sat down and didn’t even look at me. She started talking, but I didn’t hear what she said so I apologized and asked her to repeat herself. No response. Then she started talking again. That’s when I realized she had in Air Pods and was just having a phone conversation. I had dip on my nails so she put the remover on and got up and walked away.
At this point I had only been spoken to once: “what do you want?” I hadn’t picked out my colors. I was actively hating this entire experience and realized it was silly to spend $100 on it. So after about 20 minutes of soaking, once my previous polish had been removed I let her know that was all I would need and asked her what the cost would be. $10.
Left and will never go back.
Kim does great nails... However Terrible customer service. She doesn’t even say “hi” to you when you sit down in her chair, don’t engage you in conversation, at times she can be a bit huffy and they don’t always accommodate you. I went in to have toe nail polish removed as well acrylic taken off of large toe, they told me “they don’t do that” and sent me on my way. WOW! I go there out of convenience, but not anymore.
