Weaknesses:

This indicates a lack of professionalism and expertise in handling customers and their nail care needs.
2. Poor communication and accountability: The fourth comment states that Diva Nails does not take accountability for shoddy work and talks down on their customers. This highlights a lack of effective communication and customer service, which can lead to dissatisfied customers and damage the salon's reputation.

Inconsistent quality: The fifth comment mentions a decline in the quality of service at Diva Nails, where the staff seemed more interested in personal conversations than providing a thorough pedicure or quality work. Inconsistent service can be a drawback for customers seeking reliable and consistent services.
4. Pricing and value for money: The fifth comment also mentions that the prices at Diva Nails are inflated compared to the quality of service provided. This suggests that the salon may not offer good value for money and could deter price-conscious customers.
5. Lack of proper technique and service: The sixth comment highlights a specific incident where the nail technician did not apply enough acrylic and criticized the customer instead of taking responsibility. This indicates a lack of proper technique and unwillingness to rectify mistakes, leading to a poor customer experience.
In conclusion, Diva Nails has strengths in providing prompt service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, positive customer experiences, customer satisfaction, and convenience. However, they also have weaknesses in terms of lack of professionalism, poor communication and accountability, inconsistent quality, pricing and value for money, and a lack of proper technique and service. It is crucial for Diva Nails to address these weaknesses to maintain and improve their reputation and customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience with Diva Nails. My actual nail had cracked and my tip on top was pulling at it, so I was in a lot of pain and couldn't make it to my normal nail salon. I didn't have an appointment and was seen right away. Kim helped me with a fill and a design. I showed her a photo and said I wanted something similar. Kim asked me my preference between glitter and foil and explained which she would use and why. She then gave me a recommendation between using nude pink vs clear, because over time the clear will yellow. I loved how she provided me with input but also put a personal spin on the final product. I found Kim to be very helpful and absolutely loved the final product. I've received compliments from three people so far! I will definitely be going back again!
I’ve seriously never been to such a terrible facility. I came in for a dip change and the guy immediately started grinding on my nails. It was so painful so I let him know I don’t have tips on and that they’re my real nails. He just kept grinding. He then made me soak my fingers in acetone for atleast 20 minutes. I’ve always had other places take them off with cotton balls and foil. My fingers were burning. They dipped me in a color I didn’t even choose and gave me an accent nail that I never even mentioned. He then grinded again and by the time it was all over my fingers around my nails were bleeding and my fingers now have sores and are all raw from the acetone. I will never return. They clearly have no clue what they are doing.
Not a good experience. She wanted to do a box rounded nail instead of a rounded. Said it was because they were too short. Never have I ever been told that….painted the dip onto my nails…can see parts of my real nail…too thick..too square. Explained my unease. Will not return. Do not waste your time here. They were busy worrying about pedicure customers.
Very Nice nail salon. It was Very clean and the ladies are friendly and very nice. I got my nails done here while visiting family in florida, and they did a great job and it was a positive experience. The next day I took my grandma here to get a manicure and pedicure.. It was her first time ever getting a pedicure and she was very nervous. I told the lady this and asked her to please be gentle with her and she was. She was very sweet with my grandma and my gram enjoyed it so much she said she wants to start going to the nail salon on a regular basis! I love it :)
I do not recommend this place. They do not take accountability for shoddy work and talk down on their customers.
The only reason I came here was because it was near my appointment and I needed a quick set for the night. I paid $120 for a full set but $200 altogether including a tip and pedi. But the nails began popping off not even 48 hours later. The set was already overpriced being an average salon vs. an independent nail tech business.
The nail tech I had did not apply enough acrylic beads on the apex, and so my nails were breaking off by the littlest things. I literally pulled my dress down and two nails came off. I called them ahead of time and they told me to come by anytime this week.
I came by and they told me I had to pay them again to fix the set, being it had been 7 days and I stay far so I couldn’t come back sooner as I had wanted. I had a different nail tech this time, and she was hurting my nail bed trying to pry a fresh set off without soaking and was only willing to fix the broken nails vs. the entire set which was still lacking product. She also kept criticizing and telling me it was my fault that my nails were breaking and that I wasn’t used to long nails…I always do long nails, she kept ignoring the fact that not enough acrylic was applied to begin with. Her attitude was awful and she was clearly talking about me with her coworker. So I dipped without getting my nails fixed. I’m just going to dispute the issue with my bank. I am a full specialist, so I know everything there is about nails and I usually do my own set of “long nails” that last me 1-2 months at a time.
So this is why I do not recommend places like this. I highly suggest Booksy nail techs, their prices are clear and precise and they actually learn safe and correct techniques from beauty school. And their sets last longer.
Not good anymore. Used to go all the time. But each time i go now i see they don’t care for their quality anymore. They will talk to each other the whole time you’re there and care more for the convo than anything else. And you’ll see it in the work done. The pedicure was so annoying as they talked to each other more than anything else and the effort was just not there
Worst pedicure ever , the man did not take the care he should have, water was cold, worring bout phone and just not friendly at all it was not comforting & if your not paying for the top dollar pedicure just forget about a good rub or lotion. I could’ve washed my own feet and painted white tip if thats what i knew id get for $30
No appointments needed! Walk in for great service and quality work at reasonable prices. Conveniently located next to Publix.
