Pathetic customer service. We had an appointment at 5 pm with the owner, he was busy with other guy. From there he moves to other client, completely ignoring us like as we didn't existed. At 5.30 pm, when we ran out of our patience he unapologetically say we will have to wait another 10 minutes. Didn't felt he knows New Zealand standard of customer service. Pathetic. Avoid if possible. We walked away, and he didn't had an appologistic feeling. Hair Master hair dresser near by is 100 times better.
It's a nice 24hrs laundry self service... Just a 10 mins walk at my place

Not recommended. I showed the photo of the cut that I wanted and The owner didn’t cut it properly. One side is longer than the other side. Never showed me the back of my hair with a mirror too. Not coming back to this place again
