Quick Facts About Noire The Nail Bar Mount Juliet
Noire The Nail Bar in Mount Juliet has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. Understanding these comments can help identify the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
One common theme in the positive comments is the quality of service provided. Customers mention that the service at Noire The Nail Bar is perfect and worth the money spent. One specific nail technician, named Bee, is praised for doing a perfect job. This suggests that the salon has skilled and capable staff who can deliver satisfactory results to customers. This is a strength of the nail bar as it indicates a level of expertise in delivering nail services.
Another strength mentioned by customers is the professionalism of certain staff members. TK, for instance, is commended for being professional and providing a fabulous gold glitter and black ombre dip manicure. This demonstrates that some staff members possess the necessary skills and professionalism to provide a positive experience to customers.
Competitive pricing is mentioned as another strength of Noire The Nail Bar. One customer notes that the prices are comparable and even less than some other salons. This can attract customers who are looking for quality services at affordable prices, in turn contributing to the success of the nail bar.
Despite the positive comments, there are several weaknesses highlighted by customers. One common complaint is the poor quality of the services provided. Multiple customers mention uneven and poorly painted nails, bleeding during the service, and overall dissatisfaction with the final results. This suggests a lack of consistency in the quality of services offered by Noire The Nail Bar. Inconsistent service quality can lead to negative customer experiences and, ultimately, a decline in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Hygiene issues are also mentioned as a weakness. One customer describes the station as disgusting, with old posters and nail filings causing discomfort during the service. Another customer mentions that the alcohol and nail polish used during their pedicure aggravated wounds caused by the technician. These comments raise concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation practices of the nail bar, which can greatly impact customer trust and satisfaction.
Several negative comments also highlight poor customer service and inconsistent treatment of customers. Customers mention feeling rushed during their services, being treated rudely, and noticing differences in how certain customers are treated compared to others. These experiences can create an unwelcoming environment and negatively impact the overall customer experience.
Inconsistency in appointment management is another weakness noted by a customer. They mention having to wait for 30 minutes despite making an appointment in advance. This suggests a lack of organization and efficiency in managing appointments, which can lead to customer dissatisfaction.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the poor durability of the services received. They note that the polish started chipping in just three days, which is significantly shorter than their experiences with other salons. This suggests that the quality of the products used or the application techniques at Noire The Nail Bar may not be up to par.
In conclusion, Noire The Nail Bar in Mount Juliet has both strengths and weaknesses. The positive comments highlight the quality of service provided by certain technicians, professionalism, and competitive pricing. However, the negative comments indicate issues with service quality consistency, hygiene standards, customer service, appointment management, and durability of the services. It is important for the nail bar to address these weaknesses in order to improve customer satisfaction and attract repeat business.
Best TL Reviews
The service they provide is just perfect. Its worth the every penny you spend here. They do perfect job on your requests. Especially lady named Bee, she does perfect job.
The guy who did my nails made me bleed, my nails were uneven, poorly painted, and the station was disgusting. I came in for new gel acrylic nails before going to work. When I sat down he used an old poster and I could feel all of the nail filings. It was disgusting. He then cut all of my long nails off and made me bleed. He didn't say anything about making me bleed and then glued an acrylic nail on top of my bleeding nail. The color is not what I showed him and my nails are bumpy and uneven. These nails should at MOST be $45 for how bad they are and they have no design. Instead I payed $70 for nails that I hate. Everyone else there seemed to be having a good time, but the guy who did my nails was awful. I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.
The lady who did my pedicure hurt both my big toes and then the alcohol and nail polish in the wounds were a cherry on top. I wanted the special which is 65$ and should be the best but the whole process was quick and no effort put into it. Then they didn't even give me the full special. Was gonna do my nails but I left because I couldn't with this place. I don't even write reviews that's how bad it was.
TK gave me a very fancy gold glitter and black ombre dip mani. I LOVE IT and he was very professional. I have recieve multiple compliments on my mani and sent all of them his way. I will definitly be back to request him.
Went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They were very nice and got me in immediately as a walk-in. The lady who did my pedi and gel mani did a fabulous job and quick. Definitely one of the best gel mani’s I’ve had, not thick and feels like regular polish. I also went here before Covid hit and always had a good experience. Price is comparable and even less than some salons. I’d highly suggest this nail bar and will go back.
Normally I like this place but not today. My nails are poorly done missing paint in some places and the guy seemed like he didn't even want to do my nails. The one girl they had who was really amazing at her job is no longer there and I think I'm going to have to find a new nail shop. They were rude and I noticed a difference in the way they treated some customers compared to others. I understand if you work hard, I've been working hard for 23 years, but that's no reason to slack on someone service that they are paying for. Not happy at all!
I had made an appointment during my lunch break several days in advanced, arrived and waited for 30 minutes. Once the pedicure got started, it was ok but the polish started chipping in 3 days, which is pretty bad for a pedicure. They usually last at least 3 weeks for me before chipping at other salons. The gel manicure was fine and hopefully doesn’t start peeling quickly. I was hoping for a better experience but unfortunately probably won’t be back. I will continue driving into Nashville.
Acrylic nails all uneven… ugly, bad shape. Asked for narrow square, got duck feet somehow?? Plus the chick burnt my fingers with the drill and filed so hard that my skin is raw around my cuticles. Gel is flaking off half an hour later, and still wet underneath. Every time I touch something I get black polish all over it. My face, my car, my skin, etc. Toenails were gel, and they turned yellow literally two hours later. Worst ever. Every time I’m here they suck. I went them fixed cuz I paid for them, but I’d rather pay someone else to correct this. Y’all need some practice. Also pay attention, because I am paying for a service not for you to get up and walk away every 2 minutes.
