Always a sweetheart when I visit this store. First time visiting, owner was a little cold but now she speaks to me each time I'm there! Very sweet once she opens up to you!
Very unorganized and limited supply!. If this is an absolute LAST resort make sure you have cash!. I used my debit card and it kept showing error because her wi-fi was down and that $55 was on hold for days until fixed. I called my bank because I was gonna have to put a reimbursement in. I will say that when I called the guy was very understanding and apologized for the problem vowing I would have my funds or be given free items from the store. I haven't had other bad encounters with staff like others but customer service could be alot better and welcoming when entering and searching for items!.
Had the trimmers I was looking for the guy gave me a great price and the lady there was very helpful ending up picking up items for my wife and daughter!
Got my wife a wig canvas head and a wig stand at a great price, owner was very helpful & nice!
the lady that owns the store need to work on her attitude & service she provides! But I will be reporting this business to the BBB so she will be handled accordingly
Highly disappointed by the treatment that I received today at the store. I have been frequenting this store for years, whether buying products for myself, daughter, aunt or mom. Usually when I’m going out of town to visit family I will stop in and purchase wigs for my mom or elderly aunt. My hair is locked and has been for over 8 years so the wigs clearly aren’t for me. Most recently I picked up a wig for my mom and drove down to visit and she immediately looked at the hair and said no I don’t like it, she did not pull the wig completely out of the packaging. I called while I was out of town and asked about a return or exchange. The gentleman stated to me that they do not do a return, but only an exchange. I told him that it was just purchased a day prior and tags and everything was still attached. He said he would check with the owner and call me back. 3 days passed and I did not receive a return call so last evening I called and he said he spoke with the owner and as long as the tags were still attached he could do an exchange for something in the store (this was recorded as I spoke to him on my business line). Today, within minutes ago, I went to do the exchange and the lady’s demeanor was instantly on the defense and very aggressive. She said, “ no I can’t take this” without even pulling it out completely. Again, my mother did not pull the hair completely out of the packaging and neither did she. She said to me, she didn’t give it to me like it is which is an outright lie. I told her, I was not going to argue with her and that I would just give it away because my mom would not wear it. She kept going on and on about it, I again said I wasn’t arguing with her and I grabbed the wig and left. I have frequented this store since 2006; whenever my Mom, aunt, or even my mother in law is in town (from out of the country-they’ve spoken several times), I bring them here. Today, I said I would never step foot back in that store because of how I was treated. After countless years of patronage, today you would’ve thought I was a scammer or trash on the street. I am a business owner and have been for several years that less than $50 wig will not break me, but you’ve undoubtedly lost a loyal customer and I plan on sharing this on several platforms that I am associated with. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the treatment I received today…NEVER again!

Now you’re calling me a liar? Who wears wigs with huge tags still attached on the sides? Additionally, there were no other resolutions given outside of me spending more money in your store for some “type of a discount”- you know darn well that wig was not worn. I would have never brought it into your store had it been worn. I am a business owner and an Insurance Agent to be exact- I know the risk and liabilities that can come into play if the wig was worn so I wouldn’t jeopardize my reputation over a wig! Again, never again!
Honestly, this place is super unorganized and the owner has no idea where anything is. You have filter through unpacked boxes of hair to find anything and quite frankly they need to hire help to do that.
Very friendly staff and great service with reasonable prices. I always come here for the best beauty needs available.. Highly recommended
