I was not pleased at all. I didn’t want gel polish and I guess nail techs don’t like using regular polish anymore. The lady who did the pedicure didn’t even clean under my toe nails and as far as polishing the toes and nails, it looks lumpy and several spots are still on my skin. Didn’t even provide lotion when finished. I will not return.
Not the best service ???? want asked how I wanted my nails then I told them and they wanted to charge me 80$ for short coffin nails and then after I informed her that I wasn't going to pay $80 for one color on short coffin she was like well we can do square tip for 50 and once I got in the chair and she got the nails on another gentleman came up and took over on service and he charged me 60 and I asked him why and he's like oh because it's square tip and it's not rounded and I asked her and she's like oh no I never said 50 I said 60 and I was like but that's not what you said he was extremely aggressive with my nails overall just negative stars if possible
So very friendly and it's fantastic to have them all listen to you. Tony did my nails and they look absolutely amazing. Very happy and will return every time I need my nails done and for a pedicure too.
I'm always welcome???? no matter how long I'm gone, I'm constantly traveling so when I'm there I'm home the owners are awesome I love the prices and Im always treated very well, I encourage thier services to anyone. SHEA
My nails were poorly done, my sisters, and my moms were also poorly done. tried explaining as they went, what we wanted them do do and tried correcting them when they did something wrong but instead of listening they continued doing what they wanted and argued with us. they’re rude about it and when you try to explain something. they also rush through so the top coat of my nails isn’t even complete.
They were rude and didn’t do well at all . My nails look like a child could have done them and was $65 freaking dollars . I asked him to make my nails shorter he told me no 3 times . Then when he messed up my friends nails he refused to fix them . Not ever going back . It was a mess . Then ran her card didn’t wait for her to say she transferred the money to the card and the voided the transaction immediately. Locking her account and then paid in cash and acted rude the whole time . This is not how you are suppose to act in a customer service profession . Period .!
I love Tony! He used to do my nails every two weeks & also did them so good. Also Jessica (I think is her name) does my eyebrows & she is fantastic... I'm sad I moved further away, but I still drive this way to get my brows touched up! I LOVE THIS SALON.
Loved it! Exactly what I wanted. They honored my appt, even though they had walk-ins right before me. Very nice, too. Will definitely recommend to others????
