I paid $700 for hair extensions to be put in by Marissa Ferguson and sat in her chair for 7 hours she told me I would be able to pull my hair up for work and everything the following day this is how bad my extensions were I was in pain from them stabbing me in the head I had a different salon remove them because I was mortified and asked her for half my money back. She refused and I asked for the owners name to make a complaint her and the owner both blamed me for having them removed. I was in physical pain. I will not be going back. Bad service and horrible service from the owner who also did absolutely nothing to correct it. Let me add she curled my hair to try and hide how badly she did. Because before she curled it she tried to straighten it and that didn’t work.
I have been going to Studio for 16 years. I LOVE LOVE this salon. Lori has been cutting my hair and she does a perfect job, she truly is a genuine person. All the girls that work here all do an amazing professional job! The environment is great the service and quality is ALWAYS GREAT! Thank you to ALL the girls at studio hair for all the hard work you do.
I have not used this business yet and I will not. The owner is extremely unprofessional in many ways. She apparently rents boots to hair stylists as many owners do. And unfortunately one of those stylists completely ruined a client's hair. She then took her case to Facebook. Where she claimed she has no control who rents a booth at the salon she owns. She holds no responsibility. And the client should have allowed them to fix her. I totally disagree with everything the owner wrote please go look at the pitcures. What the stylist did to her busyness was imaginable. And she deserves more then her money back.
Went to Studio Design for the first time about a month ago to have highlights and a cut. Jennifer did an absolutely amazing job! It came out exactly as I hoped for. Was so pleased that I took my 17 year old daughter to have color put in her long hair. Being rather picky, I was hoping Jennifer could do what my daughter was even asking of her. Not only did she do it but it looked absolutely amazing! My daughter could not have been more happy, which of course makes me very happy! I can not compliment Jennifer enough on the amazing job she does. Clearly she knows her job very well and I absolutely highly recommend her!

Messed up my sisters hair and refused to fix it, and or even give her half of her money back. Would give zero stars if possible. She spend roughly $600 on her hair to be done.
Christina was amazing...spent practically the whole day transforming my hair. I walked in with a mess and she took the time with me to correct and color with awesome platinum highlights. I had decided to let my grey hair grow out and she used all of her experience to craft a great solution for me. I also think the place has a nice vibe with everyone working together and the owner was very involved, making sure I had a great experience. Thanks all!
