I was excited to try this new place. They have been open for about 6 months now. The reviews were pretty good and I love the pictures that were advertised on Google. I did not have an appointment and I brought my husband with me which was his first time. He had a good experience with his pedicure and his technician. The gal who did my nails I can't say the same. The last time I had my nails done, they did acrylic which I forgot damages my nails severely. So I wanted them taken off and put a new set on, but I told the technician I did not want the same. I forgot I usually do dip, but was asking for her advice and she said something about powder so I thought it was going to be something similar to dip, but she ended up putting acrylic back on. If I was going to just do acrylic I would have left them on and just filled them in. And I had two finger designs. So my nails came out costing me $63 for something that I didn't even want and on top of that the underneath was so dirty she did not have me go clean my nails afterwards, which by the way when I was finished with my pedicure I went over there to wash my hands and they only had one nail scrubber which was not even in disinfectant It was just laying on top of the sink area. I work in the industry, not in nails but disinfecting is a big thing. The technician who did my pedicure was good, my big negative and pet peeve is not being listened to and cleanliness. I will not be coming back.
This was my first time here and I came in for a fill. I've been going to another salon in the area and I'm just never really happy when I leave because I feel like I always have to fix their work. I was finally sick of doing that so I gave this place a try. I was actually really surprised that they did not rush through the services. Some of the other salons in the area are pushing people through as quickly as possible but my nail tech did a great job. Her attention to detail was not something I typically see when getting my nails done. I literally did not have to fix a single thing after I left. Will definitely be back!
It was my first time here as I just moved into the area.. Love my full set and pedicure. The pedicure lacked an actual scrubbing of the heels as I only got maybe 2 passes of the little yellow pad which did nothing to smooth it out and I missed out on a good massage. Maybe I will request someone different next time for the pedicure, but the polish job was good. My previous salon offered a variety of drinks including vietnamese iced coffee, wine, champagne, water, soda, ice cream,candy, etc.. this place I had to ask and was offered coke so I accepted and received a diet coke, no biggie.. I'd prefer quality over beverages anyhow.
I love this nail salon! Vivian was absolutely amazing!! She has so much attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted! I loved that she also cleaned up my cuticles as well. I’m definitely coming back!
Rosie and Amy did my nails and feet. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that did my design. I’m very pleased with the time and work done. I will be returning and recommending a few people to come into the shop.
I made an appointment with one of the nail tech and when I got there they told me that she called out. Why didn’t they call and let me know? I ended up having to wait and got Diane and she does not care for your nails whatsoever and felt like being rush and rough. The gel color was still around my actual nail and the cuticle (see pic). No oil at the end nor lotion. She just told me to go wash my hand and walked away to another customer. Horrible service. Don’t go to Diane!! Not trying anyone new anymore. If you find a good nail tech, do your best to stick with her!
10/10 as always. A clean salon with great vibes. Make an appointment, arrive on time, and give the same energy you wish to receive. Diane (weekdays only) and Yen are my go to for manicures. Bao also does a great job. Lana amazing for a pedicure. You won’t regret coming here.
I tried to like this nail salon, I really did but I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the services that I’ve received at this nail salon. I’ve had acrylics done here, messy underneath nails (like photos in others reviews), not impressed with gel pedicures & always ask for short, trimmed nails and they seem to only trim a few to make the nail length look even????

I went in a couple weeks ago on a Saturday early afternoon and decided I wanted to get gelX (I am familiar with this service) by Wednesday my gelX nails were starting to come off, felt loose and every time I would run my fingers through my hair to wash it, my hair would get caught in my nails. I called a few days later and asked what they can do to fix my nails and they asked me to go in Saturday but I said I wasn’t going to be able to make it till Monday as I am always busy and this was a MAJOR inconvenience to have to go back and get my nails redone when they should’ve been done correctly the first time. Went in Monday they replaced “5”nails no charge, nails looked different from original 5 bc it was done by two people but at this point I’ll take it. Well, next day was Tuesday, I had a chipped nail, Thursday I noticed my nail felt fragile/loose and look at my nail on my right index finger and my nail was about to come off. Yesterday, my left index nail came off. I’ve already reached out to nail salon and they said the owner would contact me to see how they can “fix” the problem. Still haven’t heard back from them. Like I said during my last call to the salon, please don’t offer services you are not qualified for and properly trained to do otherwise don’t offer the service! Oh and btw did I mention these nails were 90$?? I don’t mind dropping big bucks on my nails but I NEED QUALITY!!
