My absolute favourite cafe on the Island - a must if you are in the area. Most beautiful walk to and from Fins, Molly and Betty are gracious hosts, food is consistently great and delicious, always looks beautiful, good choice of vegan, gluten free options. You won’t get a better view anywhere else - rain or shine, it’s always breathtaking. Access for wheelchair or buggy on the tables along the revetment (as long as it’s not a big high tide or you’ll get soaked!) Grab a takeaway hot drink if you can’t stay as their coffee is the best. My daughters say their milkshakes are the best ! Definitely recommend.
Enjoyed a beer, a cocktail and some fantastic fresh sandwiches on the beachfront here a couple of weeks ago.
Lovely staff and great food make this well worth the walk, not that it’s a long walk along the front.
Only reason it’s not got 5 stars is down to a lack of toilet facilities on site, though there are some just a few minutes walk in either direction. We got so carried away chatting to one of the owners that we forgot to pay! She was very gracious about it when she caught us up on the beach, Thank you.
What an amazing little spot. A really nice selection of food and drinks, with some slightly 'healthier' options of you aren't after a full fry up (although they do do a Full English). Service was quick, and the place was busy, showing how popular it is! Paid £10.50 for smoked salmon and two poached eggs with avocado which I feel is good value.
Also sell dog ice cream and lots of vegan/milk free options!
One of the best breakfast we've ever had. Amazing location, fresh ingredients, generous portions and friendly staff. So happy to have visited on our last day on the island!
Fins is a great find for anyone looking for a tasty bite to eat or a quality hot beverage whilst walking along the Sandown beach front. The cafe overlooks the beach, offers good outdoor seating, and a nice variety of foods and drinks to choose from. We were impressed by the quality and taste of everything that we ordered, and the prices were reasonable too. 10/10 would recommend Fins - we will definitely be back soon.
What a little gem!!! I had a Tumeric Latte which was absolutely delicious. The same goes for the Mermaid Smoothy Bowl with added yogurt. Its a small intimate cafe right on the waterfront but away from the busy tourist strip. I know I will be back very soon to try other food creations. Thanks for a memorable experience.
This place is OUTSTANDING. The location it self is just perfect. You can simply sit here and watch the ships go by for hours. The staff are fantastic and very friendly.
I had the breakfast burrito and can say that it might be the best burrito I ever eaten. I highly recommend if you are unsure of what to get. The coffee is also very nice as well.
Dog friendly.
Lovely place to grab a hot drink in the winter sunshine! Amazing views. Friendly staff and great refreshments.
