They fell off my fiance on the day after going. They did replace them but they kept saying "you pulled them off" and she didn't. Then they said " she wanted a different color" which was not why we wanted them reattached..... The replaced them and again the next day they fell off. They were poorly shaped to begin with and they burned her and hurt her and made her bleed both times. I heard her talk to them on speakerphone. The man was very rude untill I called him and threaten to go down there. Bottom line is they accepted the money but did a poor job and are unwilling to admit it. My fiance will continue to go to Elly nails. They are much friendlier and honest. She only tried first nails because Elly nails had to close early. Big mistake. We are disputing the payment for services not rendered. I called myself and asked how the nails they put on last and the gentleman said 2 and a half weeks to 3 weeks. Not sure why they keep coming off in two days. But again they looked horribly shaped as well... No skill.
I love coming here and have been going for about 20 years or so. The atmosphere is amazing and the receptionist welcomes you as soon as you walk in. They make it feel like you are apart of the big family they have. Tina does my nails but if she is too busy, I love going to Jen, Steve, Kim or really anyone there. They all do such an amazing job and I definitely recommend going there. Make sure you try to make an appointment because walk-Ins are a hit or miss at times.
Immediately seated. Service was satisfactory and nail tech was pleasant. Love my nails! Was visiting from out of town and stopped in on a wim.
I got my nails fixed and repair and normally when I go in there I have no problem I had this one tech. That seemed like she had not one clue what she was doing my paint job was horrid not what I wanted at all it's looks like she just painted the top with chrome I have nails that are shorter on one hand that I do the other I have they just look God awful and because I didn't give her a tip she threw my thumb brace from when I broke my thumb in the trash never again will I ever use her I would rather wait.
We got there at 445 this evening and just got out around 7 pm I was going to get a Pedicure and my daughter got her nails painted but she was gonna get her toenails painted and a pedicure too but they kept taking others ahead of us and never offered to do a pedicure for either of us so I will not be back.
I look forward to getting my nails done. They always take their time and make sure I'm happy with my my nails. Definitely recommend
They did a very good job on my nails. And I would recommend them very much. The reason why I gave it a four-star is the weight the weight was a while however it was a Saturday.
Relatively efficient service and the lady I had was pleasant and kind. My issue is that another mail tech came over and took the same drill she used on my nails to use on another client. She didn’t clean or sanitize it, just went straight to using the drill on this man’s feet. doesn’t seem sanitary AT ALL to me. but I don’t know if that’s the fault of the salon or if that’s just what salons do. Imma just do my nails at home moving forward.
