If it's wigs your looking for they have one of the largest selections I've seen so far. Hair everywhere. The ladies behind the counter were very nice & talkative & even a short conversation. I give it 5 stars.

The people who work there are super nice and when I went in one Friday night when they were busy, this nice lady "working the floor " (helping with the wigs) was very sweet and helpful!! She just made me have a better day!!

I love getting my hair supplies from H&Y! They are friendly, helpful, and I love their prices!! I would rather come here then anywhere else!!

The service in this store is horrible. The owner/manager is very rude. I don't understand why we continue to patronize these types of stores when the service is awful. They feel their no return policy or no refund is fair and just. I guess they can get away with practice because we continue to patronize their business. *REMEMBER THEY NEED YOU MORE THAN YOU NEED THEM. Without you, their business would be non-existence. Demand better service and conditions. I will not do business where you can't try a product on before purchase especially if that business has a no return or refund policy. I will never visit this store again unless there are major changes. I don't need them, they need my money and business.

My first visit here and they have a variety of items. Weave, wigs, color, earrings etc. The staff is very nice and the manager was so very helpful in explaining and finding the items I was looking for on my list. There were a some items without pricing. However, I would definitely recommend.

This beauty supply store in a great location. Store stock very will. You don't feel comfortable because you feel eyes on you. They supply their store with African American products but they don't care for us, just the money. Poor customer service. Very unfriendly.
