Quick Facts About Leo Nails and Spa

Leo Nails and Spa, formerly known as Magic Nails, has a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In analyzing these comments, we can assess the strengths and weaknesses of the salon.
Starting with the strengths, it is evident from the comments that Leo Nails and Spa has a loyal customer base. For example, one customer mentioned that they used to love the place when it was still Magic Nails, indicating that they had been a regular customer even before the change of ownership. Another comment states that the salon provides good eyebrow services, suggesting that they have skilled technicians in this area. Additionally, a customer mentioned that they love their nails and have never had a problem with the salon, indicating that Leo Nails and Spa delivers on at least some of their basic services.
Another strength of Leo Nails and Spa is their affordable pricing, as mentioned by a customer who stated that the prices were nice. This implies that the salon provides services at competitive rates, which can be attractive to budget-conscious customers.
However, there are several weaknesses highlighted in the comments. The most significant issue appears to be the poor customer service experienced by several individuals. One customer had an argument with a technician and was yelled at before being asked to leave. Another customer encountered a manager who allegedly lied to them and made them wait despite their initial agreement. Rude behavior from the staff was reported by multiple customers, including one comment mentioning that the staff spoke rudely in their language, further indicating unprofessionalism. These experiences suggest a lack of customer-focused service and a disrespectful attitude towards customers.
Another recurring issue mentioned by customers is the lack of cleanliness and hygiene at the salon. Several customers mentioned dirty windows, which raises concerns about the overall cleanliness of the salon and the quality of hygiene practices. Additionally, one customer reported a fungus on their toes after receiving a pedicure, indicating a potential lapse in sanitation or proper disinfection protocols.
There were also specific incidents reported by customers that highlight the lack of skill and expertise in the salon. One customer mentioned that the technician did not know how to properly clean and paint their toenails, resulting in a poor experience. Another customer reported bleeding and sore fingers after a rough handling during an acrylic nail appointment. These incidents suggest a need for additional training and supervision of staff to ensure consistently skilled services.
Lastly, the comments mention inconsistencies in the quality of services, with some customers having positive experiences and others reporting subpar services. This inconsistency implies a lack of standardization or quality control in the salon, potentially leading to varying customer satisfaction levels.
In conclusion, while Leo Nails and Spa has some strengths, such as a loyal customer base and affordable pricing, there are notable weaknesses that need to be addressed. These weaknesses include poor customer service, cleanliness issues, lack of skill and expertise, and inconsistencies in service quality. Addressing these weaknesses could help Leo Nails and Spa improve their overall customer experience and reputation.

Best TL Reviews

I used to love this place. Way back when it was magic nails. The service I received on my birthday 7/10 was unacceptable. I go every month for a pedi and eyebrows( they do good brows). I asked her to use a new drill head to remove the gel polish from my toes. That was mo problem. However, upon noticing a fungus on both big toes after removal, I asked for all new clean supplies for my pedi. There was a problem, she jumped up went and got her husband to look at my toes. He tells me its not fungus its under the toe. I wasn't trying to debate the fungus, I just wanted clean supplies. Anyway, after an argument I was yelled at and pretty much told to leave. I'll post pics because I can't post the video. Hopefully the health department will see this and investigate.
I went there about 8 years ago and excellent service that’s before the originally owned left. Went there a few weeks ago, looked in the windows they are so dirty you can imagine what going on with manicure and pedicures. I read the reviews they are awful. Why don’t you ask for their license. Contact the health department and the licensing bureau. I will contact them for
I visited the nail shop once’s and my experience was a 6 out of a scale of 1 to 10. I decided that scene I was in the area I’d stop by again; because, it was an okay experience. However, my 2 visit was messed-up (F-UP). The shop was full they had about 8 clients waiting. I asked the manager how long was the wait he said a long, long I said okay. I told him I’ll be right back I’m just going next door to pick up my outfit. I also, asked someone to hold my spot I asked him was it okay he said yes. I Left and came back do you know he made me wait for two girls that came after me. After he said I could leave and come back. The manger is a lair! And I will not be returning.
Love my nails ????????????????????
Service was poor! I got my feet done. The woman that did my feet did not know what she was doing and gave me a poor experience. As she's cleaning my toe nails and painting them it was clear that she wasn't qualified to do the service, she got an attitude with me when I would ask her to clean under my toenails and fix the polish because it looked horrible!
I just stopped in to get a set of acrylic with rounded tip. I have arthritis in my hands and the guy they gave me to was extremely rough with me he huffed and puffed as if I disturbed his day it was a very uncomfortable experience. I planned to get ny nails and feet done done but after the rough handing and several of my fingers bleeding and sore I decided to take my uneven some very thick nails and just leave first impression was VERY BAD! I wondered why they were empty now I know!
I've been getting my nails done here for awhile and the ladies in the salon are always nice however, I told the guy that was doing my nails I did not like my nails and he begin the roughly hold my hand and cut the nails off I told him don't hurt my hands because you're upset that I said I didn't like my nails. I then told him you guys are used to doing customer's nails the way you want and people not saying anything and charge them just the same. He began speaking very rudely in his language yelling to the other techs across the room so very unprofessional although, I was very polite and I did apologize for changing my mind because he was almost done with one hand but, the nail power was too light for me and looked awful and I told him during and he said " No Pretty" thats not his choice. I will not be returning. This is why I get my nails done special occasion only these shops do not appreciate customers at all.
I get very simple services. Just a regular mani/pedi. My experiences are always great. Price is nice. People are nice. I have never had a problem.
