Very unprofessional, I booked boho knotless braids hair included and whoever was texting me never notified me of having to bring my own hair. So I had to leave my appointment to go to the beauty supply store to buy the boho hair, for them to still charge me extra. Lack of communication on their part and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

Unprofessional,rude and disgusting.The owner tried to make fun of my hair out loud she said "it's dirty" when I told her before my appointment I had a scalp disease.She hurt my feelings and began to speak in creole.She is very unprofessional that's not the way u speak to your customers.God don't like ugly.I had to read my Bible because the way she spoke to me was so unprofessional.
Rude as hell! I walked in for a service and said... Good Morning. The braiders and nail tech looked at me like I was crazy. Nobody spoke back. I can't stand ignorant people. I probably won't be getting service here again.
